We're glad the location and communication worked well for you. We appreciate the detailed feedback on the maintenance and cleanliness items. We've engaged a pest control company to address the bug issue, and a contractor is handling the bathroom tile repair. Our cleaning team will be attending to the ceiling fans and slow-draining sinks, and the dryer will be replaced. The family room light is a dimmable LED that can flicker at low settings, but adjusting the brightness should help, and we'll be swapping in LED bulbs elsewhere as replacements are needed. We're committed to keeping the home comfortable and well-maintained for future guests.

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- We’re sorry the home wasn’t in the condition it should’ve been for your stay—that’s not the standard we expect, and we’ve addressed this directly with our cleaning process.- We’re now working with a new cleaning team located closer to the property, who’s been asked to take extra care with inspections and upkeep—a full deep clean is also being done this week to reset the home.- We’ve replaced the furnace entirely and made sure the cold air return vent and filter chamber were cleaned thoroughly.- What looked like mold under the rug by the basement door turned out to be an old pet stain. That area is being evaluated for cleanup, and we haven't found any other mold, but if any is found, it will be taken care of right away.Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
