The check in process was super easy. The place is less than a 2 min walk to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay

The house now offers one complimentary parking spot for our guests, beach towels and beach chairs, as well as several nice restaurants and shops, all within walking distance.

Great location for access to beach and downtown, great little spot for 2-4. Amazingly clean and great interaction with the hosts.

From the owner: "We’re glad you enjoyed the excellent location and found the property clean during your stay. We made sure to reach out during your visit to see if you had any questions or needed anything, including offering assistance with parking, and when we didn’t hear back, we assumed everything was going smoothly. We were also happy that our property manager could provide beach chairs and an umbrella upon request. We appreciate your comments about the furniture and bedding and will be looking into updates, including replacing the bedding with new sets. Thank you for letting us know about your visit."

This was our first time to Clearwater and our stay was Amazing. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable, water pressure was awesome. Location was perfect. Only a few steps away from the beach. Easy safe walk to pier 60 and everything thing else downtown. We would definitely book here again.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could complain slightly about is that the ceiling fan clicks all night while sleeping. But that was my fault because I wanted it on the whole time. The place all in all was GREAT. The hosts were absolutely wonderful as well, very accommodating.

We already informed to our maintaince team and our upcoming guests won’t have any issues regarding the ceiling fan.

This was our first trip to Clearwater, and this rental was perfect. Walking distance to everything: shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We didn’t rent a car, and it wasn’t needed. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great! Coin laundry is available right next to rental. We washed and dried a load of clothes in an hour! Had the opportunity to meet JR, the owner. He’s great! We will for sure be coming back!

Clearwater Beach

Everything was great!Walk to everything, clean and 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Very quiet beach almost private beach.

Perfect spot!

The location was perfect. Beach block and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. It is small but completely functional. Beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was strong. It’s everything you want in a crash pad at the beach. Highly recommend.

Disappointed

Was disappointed with the lack of parking for my place. The listing did say first come/first serve. I was the first one and the lady upstairs sat outside beeping and told me to move our car because that was her spot. When I asked where our spot was they said we would have to pay if 1 of the 2 free spots were not available. Never heard of not having parking at my rooms. Needless to say, we were afraid to leave our free parking spot cause if we had to park in the paid parking lot it was 4:45 an hour. Also, the courtyard was filled with construction material - not a nice/calming place to look at. The neighbors were very loud at 11-12 at night coming up the stairs every night. The TV was buffering most of the time. To me, our place looked like an after thought...
