This rental is in a prime location situated directly on the bay, just steps away from the beach and the main strip. This spacious apartment offers a complete home experience and is equipped with a full kitchen and dining area, In-unit washer/dryer, two full bathrooms and a large family room, access to the pool, and two assigned parking spaces. The property features a split floor plan to ensure privacy for guests on either side of the apartment. Additionally, this apartment in on the second floor featuring a private balcony overlooking the bay which offers stunning views of the sunrise and the occasional dolphin.

absolutely loved this property, very clean, the pool was clean and set up nicely for our family and the host was great! couldn’t be happier for our week family vacation. also a great location! we will definitely be back next year.

Great place! Pool was wonderful and walk to the beach was very close. The balcony view was perfect on the Bay. Can’t say enough about how great this place was!

We enjoyed our stay in Clearwater Beach. The location of this property was great - a quick walk to the beach and walkable to the restaurants and shops. The inside of the apartment was beautiful, just as expected. The provided chairs, wagon, coolers, and towels were a great bonus! The outside of the property near the water could use a little bit of tidying up, but other than that the place was perfect!!

It was spotless and the view was amazing. Only 4 units in the complex so we had the pool pretty much to our self. Very enjoyable few days.

amazing property! we would definitely stay again. the best parts of the property would be the private balcony and the pool. we spent lots of time watching pelicans catch fish from the balcony. the host was attentive and flexible. the property was walking distance from plenty of shops and restaurants. i really could not recommend this property enough!

We enjoyed our stay and our host Lina was so responsive on a few questions that we had. Amazing views of both the sunrise and sunset. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Views were beautiful, had dolphins visit several times. The unit was in a great location. Steep stairs leading up to the unit, so if you have elderly/handicap keep in mind.

Great stay

My husband, son and I enjoyed a long weekend here. The place has a wonderful layout, lots of space and beautiful views of the bay. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. It was a great stay!

The place was stunning! Everything was beautifully showcased upon arriving. The view from the master and living room was breathtaking. Rhe neighborhood was quiet and just flat out lovely! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was the stay was perfect gift. The host was very flexible and accommodated everything we asked for. It was such a delightful stay! We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely Stay

Easy check in process and great communication leading up to check in. The location was a short safe walk to the beach. The pool was super clean and a perfect temperature for relief from the heat. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Convenient location with charm

Loved this location. While the exterior and pool don’t have much curb appeal, the location, patio and interior more than make up for that. I’d stay here again. Great spot for families looking to enjoy the beach. Great hosts!

Amazing place

Beautifully quiet on the dock side of Clearwater, and just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of peace and quiet and free parking (two spots!) was a nice plus. And the condo was clean and so comfortable. Would 100% recommend this place.

Great view of the inter coastal. Spacious, very clean. Close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, & bars. Definitely planning to visit again.
