This rental is in a prime location situated directly on the bay, just steps away from the beach and the main strip. This spacious apartment offers a complete home experience and is equipped with a full kitchen and dining area, In-unit washer/dryer, two full bathrooms and a large family room, access to the pool, and two assigned parking spaces. The property features a split floor plan to ensure privacy for guests on either side of the apartment. Additionally, this apartment in on the second floor featuring a private balcony overlooking the bay which offers stunning views of the sunrise and the occasional dolphin.

Great location. Easy walking to various shops and restaurants. Love the view from the deck. Very relaxing place to stay and not too far from TPA and PIE. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is BEAUTIFUL!!! And the hosts are AMAZING and very attentive!!! Literally just a few minutes walk to the beach, food and local shopping!!!

The property was a great location! My son enjoyed fishing off the dock and I enjoyed how close we were to the beach and downtown area. It was close enough to everything yet far enough to be able to enjoy the quiet

What a fabulous place to stay, wonderful location, beautifully furnished and great attention to detail throughout. Extremely responsive hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking this gorgeous apartment again when visiting Clearwater Beach.

LOVED IT! This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The balcony view was our favorite part. My husband was able to fish off the pier and we even saw a manatee on our last day. The beach is very close (about 3 blocks) and restaurants/shops are a short walk (12-20 minutes). Our kids (ages 16,15 and 12) enjoyed the pool during our downtime. The host provided beach chairs, wagon and umbrella which was a lifesaver! We found the pull out bed to be a bit tricky, but the host responded very quickly with a video tutorial. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the gorgeous views and easy walk to beaches. The windows over looking the docks and inland waterway made this stay feel extra special.The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pots and pans and made eating in very seamless.Comfort and care taken for bedding and towels and bright clean throw pillows is appreciated!

The location is perfect. Very quiet little neighborhood, delightful balcony & only 2 blocks from the beach. Also easy to walk to the middle of the town & not have to worry about parking.The entire apartment is in keeping with the mid century modern style. All the amenities you could want.Clean, spacious & comfortable. Highly recommend

Perfect location. Short walk to the beach and on the less busy side of Clearwater. We saw Dolphins off the balcony which was really cool. The place was spotless and very cute. The host had a beach cart/umbrella and chairs, which was AMAZING. The only thing that would have been nice was the basics in the kitchen, like salt and pepper; we didn't realize there was no oil or seasonings until we were making breakfast. Not a huge deal, but always nice when places have those. Overall, I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Nice location to stay

Nice quiet place to stay in Clearwater Beach but easy to get to the hustle and bustle if that’s what you want, trolley stops right in front of the building and it’s a short walk to the beach don’t have to worry about parking, we enjoyed our stay there.

Lina was very receptive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The patio views were amazing. We sailed in and docked at the back door. A very welcome and added bonus. Great location to everything. We will definitely be returning.
