Fabulous accommodation! The style is quirky, unique and very special. We really like the open concept which is welcoming. Tom, the host is very personable and accommodating to our needs. My family all agreed it is a great place to get together. Thank you, for making our stay in Grand Forks memorable!

We were so happy with this place. It exceeded all of our expectations and there was so many thoughtful additions such as the unexpected pickle ball/tennis courts right across the street that our host had anticipated an interest in guests wanting to stretch after a long drive and had a ball and two rackets. Our daughter loved it and all the interesting details in the house. We had the most enjoyable stay only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Tom for being such an excellent host and for sharing your fabulous place.

Traveled to Grand forks from the coast for a family wedding with My husband and our two teenagers. It was the perfect size for us and great location. Super cute farm style house. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful property to stay at and so close to everything. A 15 minute walk and you are downtown.The home is spotless and very comfortable.

Just perfect!

This property is immaculate! No detail has been forgotten, and we found it the perfect stopover on our way east. It's beautifully designed, both inside and out,with comfortable seating spaces, great beds, and all kitchen and bathroom needs, and communication with the owner is quick and easy. Really one of the best vrbo stays ever!

An absolutely stunning property in the quaint town of Grand Forks. We really wish we had booked more nights! It is much bigger, brighter, and lovely than the pictures convey. The finishes are new, high end, and everything you need is right there. Easy to find, great communication, and fast internet. It's an easy walk to store and restaurants down a lovely tree lined road with sidewalks. There is a tennis/pickleball court across the street, wonderful, private outdoor spaces and the deer even wander by to say hello! Don't hesitate to stay in this well maintained, top-end. We will absolutely be back when in the area!
