The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), just 8 miles away (20-30 minutes depending on traffic). There is an assigned parking space available upon request. Taxis and ride shares are easy to find, and public transportation options are a short walk away.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- For security reasons, all guests except minors must provide an official ID. After you confirm your reservation, please send a copy of the ID of all adult guests on the registration.
- Upon arrival, adults should have their photo ID ready to get registered at the security booth and allow access to the complex.
- If bringing a car, please advise at least 24 hours before arrival.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited, and no people for hire (i.e. a massage therapist).
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Electricity is included for short-term rentals with a $100 USD usage allowance during your stay. Any additional consumption will be charged based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 9 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- We respectfully require up to 72 hours to fix an issue that is out of our immediate control, i.e., caused by an external service provider like the internet or electricity.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Please request housekeeping at the time of booking, as we cannot guarantee availability if the request is made less than 24 hours in advance.
- Villa Magna is part of the Wyndham Alltra Vallarta Resort and shares pools, restaurants, and communal areas. Be sure to check prices before arrival, as the hotel may update rates without notice.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There is a 24-hour security guard and outdoor security cameras for guest safety and security.
- Pets or any kind of animal are not allowed.
