Welcome to Trade Winds unit 203. Located Ocean Block on 139th Street - just a short walk to the beach. Your family of 4 will enjoy this freshly painted cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo featuring a king bed in the primary bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with an automatic drip coffee maker and Keurig, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2- tvs, Wi-Fi and a side balcony with a view of the ocean. Parking is for 1 car only, but street parking is available. The bathroom has a shower only. This owner offer's a discount to military members/families. Guests supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. This property rents any 3 nights. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. We were looking for a place close to the beach and this was perfect. The pictures of the condo are completely accurate. It was clean and even though we brought our own paper products and essentials, there was just enough left for us to use. We rented our linens which were there for us and the process to return was simple. If you’re looking for a place close to shops, restaurants, etc this is a great place to stay

Outstanding and fun vibing, beautiful beachy condo. Love the cozy location close to the beach in a quieter section of town. More spacious than expected. Well appointed with some pretty cool decor, cutesy narwhal mugs, and in very good condition overall. Seating was quite comfortable and the queen pullout in particular was better than expected. If you're considering booking a stay here, note the parking is around the back of the building, which you turn into via Wight Street, just around the corner. Would recommend wholeheartedly, and if by chance the owner is reading this, sincerely, thank you for your hospitality.

The central reservation people did not explain anything from startTo finish very cold I heard other people come in and complain about things wrong with other places and they called the numbers and nobody ever helped them. Red flag trigger there when you don’t hire enough people to do the job it comes down to greed and not about the customer. I will never go to a place that I pay all that money for and have to make sure it’s clean when I leave or be charged extra and ha e to bring my own toilet paper sheets ect come on are you that cheap I knew it Was part of the deal but it’s just to much work I am on vacation I do notT want to worry about cleaning I could stay home and do that so thank you but no thank you The place was nice and clean

Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. I do not see any maintenance requests from you during your stay. We are glad that you found the condo nice and clean. Privately owned condos do not really have the means to supply all of the paper goods and sheets. It is not like a hotel with a central location to keep inventory for the season. If we were to supply toilet paper, most properties have 2-3 bathrooms. We have 400 properties, and we would be delivering 1000 rolls of toilet paper from one end to town to the other. We communicate several times with all of our guest. It is disclosed in the property description that you are responsible for linens and paper products. We also send several reminders right up until your arrival letter a few days befor you come to OC. We have a great reputation with our customers for taking care of issues.

This unit was very nice. Most of the items in unit looked new. The sleeper sofa was very comfy. There were more amenities than described on the site - kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. Great location
