Great little place!

Great little spot. Cozy but not cramped. The location was perfect. We enjoyed being on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee and at night having a drink!

We had a great stay. The property was as described and clean. Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Great beach access. Owner was very easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs throughout our stay

A gem! My teenage son and I loved our stay at this property. The location and view are absolutely fabulous. And honestly everything you need is situated perfectly in this well-thought-out studio. Totally clean, tons of storage space, comfortable with fans and good AC, well-equipped kitchen, and we found it really helpful to have lots of hooks (and a drying rack) for bathing suits, towels, etc. Both the bed and sofa were very comfortable and clean. My son actually loved sleeping on the sofa. The manager was awesome to work with and extremely prompt in communication, as I was talking with him even before booking. We looked at a lot of different options, wanting to be oceanfront and I can tell you this is one of the best values out there. And I loved the location because the beach is a little quieter (not being right by the boardwalk) but you are still close to everything. And you've got a Starbucks and Wawa across the main road. Definitely would like to return here as a regular! Highly recommended. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Beautiful corner studio unit with direct views and access to the beach! Who can complain about oceanfront views! Communication with host was excellent and all of our needs were met! Walkable to most of your needs and convenient to the bus stop! I would stay again.

From check in to check out, it was everything as advertised. Check in process could not have been any easier and we were actually able to get in a little early (right after the cleaning crew did a fantastic job getting it ready for us) The view was fantastic, the A/C worked great and the 20 second walk to the beach was perfect for the kids when I needed to relax in the coolness. All amenities were as advertised and the beds were as comfy as we needed. We will definitely check this place out again for our next impromptu beach trip!!!
