Welcome to Beach House Paradise, a charming renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home situated on a scenic canal, complete with a boat dock. Enjoy relaxing outdoors, swimming in your private pool or fishing off the dock. The chef in the family will love preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room, perfect for unwinding after a sunny day, and a spacious dining room with ample seating for everyone. The downstairs features a guest bedroom with a queen bed and another with two full beds. Upstairs, you'll find a king master bedroom with balcony access. Create unforgettable memories at Beach House Paradise!

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.

Description was very accurate. No frills but no downside at all. Great value for the money. There was an abundance of light switches which we found adventuresome. Place was very clean!!!

Enjoyed the pool however the lanai was kind of dirty. The beds were not comfortable and bedding was older looking. The sectional was also uncomfortable and dirty. The kitchen was lacking in utensils for cooking. Overall, not worth what we paid.

Ft Myers family vaca

Home well maintained, very open, plenty of kitchen supplies (pots/pans/air fryer/coffee pot) many towels/wash cloths and an abundance of seating. Wifi worked perfect. Pool was wonderful, lots of areas to sit in the pool, umbrella for shade, small area for younger children to walk in pool while supervised. Lounge chairs very nice. Five minute walk to the beach with public beach access at end of the street. We utilized the gas grill to cook our catch. Nice beach wagon and chairs, plenty of beach towels.The area continues to remodel but we did not hear any loud construction while we were there. Would recommend a Tiki boat ride for the family!!

This property was not in adequate condition for rental. Though the place was clean, many things were not in working order. Highest priority was that the house was hot due to the non-functional air conditioner. The upstairs suite was 85 degrees and the lower level was 79. We had to forego the bed upstairs and sleep on the downstairs couch due to the heat. The refrigerator did not get below 42 and the freezer was 20 degrees instead of 0. There were multiple holes in the screen enclosing the pool so we were constantly bitten by mosquitoes. The bottom part of the outside door on the side of the pool fell off, further increasing the bug problem. The back door from the pool to the dock wouldn't close and had to be forced shut then locked by maintenance. The sliding glass doors were very difficult to close properly and lock so risk for safety. When i tried calling for emergency maintenance on the first night, that mailbox was full so we had to call the next day and to a different number. I will give the management company credit for sending people out to tend to the problems within a few hours of speaking to them. Unfortunately, they could not resolve the issues in that home so we had to pack all our things back up, move to another house, then unpack again. This was really inconvenient. The new location was very good, though, so worth the effort. I definitely would NOT recommend staying at theinitial house. It is definitely NOT in a condition for rental!!
