Thank you for staying at Holiday Everyday and for the 4-star rating. We’re glad you enjoyed the home. We appreciate your suggestions about listing kitchen supplies and providing clearer instructions for the lights and pool pump. We’ll review how we can make this information easier for future guests to find, and we’ll look into adding a pizza pan and cutter. We hope to host you again.

Great property. You won’t be disappointed. Easy access to beach. Close to grocery store. Close enough to the “downtown” area. Really great value.

Great location - very close to the beach, accessible to all the restaurants but without the traffic. House was clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the pool and screened in porch. Not a criticism of this house per se but given my father’s limited mobility, we will look in the future for more handicapped accessible properties (e.g., seats in showers, pool railings, etc).

The house was very clean and wonderfully thought out with lots to do. It's in a great location where you are very close to the beach and about 1.5 miles from the main area of Ft. Myers. The house did have all of the things needed for the beach, including beach towels. The only thing that we did not have was any extra paper products (TP, paper towels).

The house was perfect and we loved the area where it is, close to everything! Loved the screened in porch area off of the living area and the lower covered area to hang out with tables and games which included a ping pong table and corn hole....Go Bearcats! They supplied rafts, chairs for the beach and a couple bikes. Just a short walk to the beach and close to Publix, shops and restaurants. The only negative thing to say is unfortunately there is a lot of construction still going on in Fort Myers including the start of building a home directly in the backyard of the home which is dusty and loud. The rental company said they have no control of the outside area which we understand just wanted to let you know it's not a quiet relaxing time to hang outside at the pool during the day. The host was very responsive and the house was very clean and comfortable.

Thanks for your feedback! Glad the house, location, screened porch, and lower covered game area (ping pong, cornhole) worked well for you, and that the beach gear and bikes were helpful. Sorry the nearby construction and dust affected your outdoor time — not much we can do about construction, since we are still rebuilding after Hurricane Ian We appreciate that you found us responsive and the home clean and comfortable. Hope to host you again. Best regards, Sun Palace Vacations

The house was great. The downstairs with the pool and games worked out well. The only thing I would suggest is make sure how many beds you need. It says it sleeps nine, but that means four people are sleeping in the bunkbed. We had nine people, but they were not couples so we had to do some blowups.

This will be a mixed review but we are giving a low rating based on how we were handled by property mgmt given the issues experienced during our stay. First, the house. The house itself and the property is exactly as advertised and very comfortable and nice. Kudos to the owners! However, we did have a major issue upon checking in when we found the pool was unusable due to the green/murky water. We contacted prop mgmt right away upon the check-in evening but nothing was done until mid-day the next day. The pool and filter system required a thorough cleaning and the water treatment process would not permit us to use the pool until the next day, leaving us without the primary amenity for a full day 1 evening. This may have been avoidable if prop mgmt reacted faster after the pre-check in inspection. After voicing displeasure with this situation, requesting compensation and numerous attempts to contact prop mgmt via VRBO messaging as well as direct phone contact with Kathy, we are still without an answer regarding fair compensation for loss of use of the primary amenity. Homeowners have a wonderful house location but we unfortunately had a bad experience. Waited for a response until the last day of the review period.
