This renovated 2 bedroom home is located on a lovely quiet street one block to all restaurants and shops of the Times Square / Beach area. Enjoy the peaceful outdoor sitting area and BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grille. The heated Pool and Tiki Bar make for a relaxing way to spend the day. Inside, an open concept living area features a 70-inch flat screen TV, dining area and a fantastic, well-equipped kitchen a single sofa a bed.
The King Master bedroom has a flat screen TV. A second King bedroom also has its own Smart TV providing excellent sleeping for 4. Sleeping 5 if using the hide a bed.
Beach House is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. We use hotel grade bed and bath linens.

Check in is 4:00 PM and Check out is 10:00 AM
Early Check in and late check out can be purchased for $25 per hour.

This was our 2nd stay at this location and we will definitely be back again! The house is absolutely perfect for 2 of us! The beds are so comfortable. The tiki bar and pool are perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach! The location is perfect for parking the car and taking a short stroll to the beach, shops , restaurants and bars! Tess is a wonderful attentive host! Even extending our stay last minute when our flight was cancelled! We will be back!

This property was amazing!! It was furnished with everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept anywhere. Tess was very responsive every time I needed to communicate with her. The pool area and tiki bar just added to our pleasurable stay. I would recommend this property to everyone who needs a relaxing getaway. Lots of places were within walking distance. We rented a golf cart to get to some places, left the car parked. Thank you again Tess!!

Nice spot, close to everything.

Had a good time staying here with the family. Was very nice having our own little pool on those sweltering days or when the beaches were just way too crowded. Enjoyed our stay here very much and love Fort Myers.

Clean Property Best Location!

We enjoyed our time at this clean property. Great Location. Pool was a bonus! Walked to many restaurants nightly and easy on and off the island from here. Owner was great and very responsive to any questions I had prior to arriving and while I was there. Would definitely stay here again!

Johnson Family

We loved our stay in Fort Meyers. The location was great and the property was well maintained and had everything we needed for our family! Theresa was very responsive with questions and made sure everything was what we were looking for! She also went above and beyond with offering accommodations that weren’t even in the listing. This made for our first family vacation to be amazing.

This is a bottom floor of a duplex with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom a living room, full kitchen as well as an enclosed porch and a side yard with a pool and tiki bar/table. The air conditioning is a wall unit in the living room and in one bedroom. This only matters so you know that you will likely want to leave the door open to the second bedroom so it will also stay cool. The a/c worked well and we were comfortable. The beds were comfortable (I like a soft bed) as was the seating in the living room. There is no dining table, but there is a table on the porch and in the pool area as well as two glass coffee tables. The washer and dryer are outside in a shed and work well. The upstairs unit was not being used while we were there so we had the beautiful pool area to ourselves! The pool and tiki is a huge bonus! This place is literally two blocks from shops and restaurants and bars, but there was never any noise issues for us at all (Mon - Fri stay). You can easily walk to get meals, ice cream or a drink, and you can also easily walk to the beach. The unit is comfortable and clean and has all the necessary things as well as some bonus beach/pool items. (We could have used a couple more kitchen trash bags so maybe pack one or two). We drove to Sanibel Island for shelling and we drove to the park at the end of the beach for evening photos. There is a marina that charters boat tours a block behind this duplex. We had a very nice time here and would definitely come back!

Best Location!

The Beach House was amazing. Perfect size, great location ESPECIALLY if you are a night owl who likes to socialize! Neighbors are all so friendly. The only thing I will say that isn't even a negative but rather just something I wasn't aware of until we booked was that my pups could not swim in the pool. The pool was perfect and all that however I was looking for a house with a pool so that I can swim with my family (aka the doggos).

We are Rod and Tess Koster. We own Heavenly Tropics a 4 king, three bath, and pool, Sunshine Cove and Sunshine Nook a one king bedroom each side of the duplex with a lock out door and pool, Paradise Cove sleeping 8 with a pool and canal and now Beach House a 4 king bed 2 bath across the street from the last one. 9 rental units total. In the winter we live in Fort Myers Beach. During the summer we are in Minnesota to be close to our four children, their spouses and 10 grandchildren. We travel back and forth to Fort Myers Beach in the summer and have friends in Fort Myers Beach who help us out when we are gone. During the winter we are snowbirds and reside in Fort Myers Beach which we of course love! The kids do come and visit. We have retired from the family car lot and have let the kids take over. Our new passion is property management. We now have 6 properties on Fort Myers Beach so if you want other options or if this properties calendar is full, please contact us anyway. Thanks!
