Great location despite the traffic in the area. Good size for two people. Lovely bay view and easy walk to the beach.

January - April are considered season in Southwest Florida, so traffic does tend to be heavy. That's why having a location like this can be great where you can walk to restaurants and the beach and hopefully avoid too much driving! We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future!

Quiet and convenient location

Great beach access. Issue with the power/breaker panel but property manager responded quickly and resolved the issue.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location was absolutely perfect—just minutes from the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything we needed. The condo itself was clean & well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free.We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. The space felt welcoming and relaxing, making it easy to unwind and enjoy our time away.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in/check-out was simple and convenient.

acomfy stay except pans were all scratched up and tv acts up a lot, can’t watch it without growling at it..

We appreciate the review and the opportunity to host you. We will be sure to take a look at the pans now that they have been brought to our attention. In regard to the tv, unfortunately the entire area was having issues with cable and Internet the week you stayed due to the cold weather. Our cable and internet lines are not used to that kind of weather, and unfortunately led to some prolonged outages and glitches for users all over. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope you will consider staying with us again on your next visit to Southwest Florida!
