Perfect size for a couple on a long holiday weekend. Has everything you need gor a lil getaway. A nice view of the ocean and a short to the beach.

Everything was as advertised. Great proximity to the beach & restaurants. Very clean comfortable environment. Would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed at other units in this resort before, but this was by far the best. The unit is excellent and we had a wonderful stay. Very clean, modern touches and had everything you could possibly need and then some. I especially appreciated the beach supplies….so easy to enjoy some rest and relaxation. Location just can’t be beat. The owners were very responsive to all communication; couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is in great condition, provided all the amenities we needed, and is in a perfect location. The views of the gulf are amazing, as is the access to the beach. The pool provided a lovely break from the ocean water. The beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and cart were VERY much appreciated. We had one question while there and received a quick response from Steve. The only negative was the construction and ground work being done on property but honestly that was so minor compared to everything else. Property improvements will only make our hopeful future stay more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property,

We had the best stay. I had stayed in various rooms over the years at these buildings and this was by far the best. The air conditioner kept us cool, the view was amazing, and had everything we needed. Chairs for the beach, umbrella, and wagon for the beach truly helped more than anything. Not to mention a comfy bed to crawl into at the end of a long day. We will definitely be booking this room again!

Awesome host. Very responsive. Unit had everything we needed and more. Convenient, short walk to the beach. Tons of restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. A/C was great. Unit isn't huge, but it is very comfortable for 2. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Comfortable enough that we asked the owner where they got it.Owner has beach chairs, umbrella, etc for guests' use. Will definitely recommend to others.

Awesome studio condo, perfect for couples and small families. The bed was so comfortable. The views were amazing and we loved that the rental came with beach chairs, a wagon, coolers, and an umbrella. There was some construction going on around the property however the condo is on the top floor and well insulated so it didn't disturb our sleep. The hosts were great at communication.

Beautiful stay here! Top floor with an amazing view. It’s so welcoming upon arrival, there are small details that really make you feel set for a great stay. We had a cancelled flight to get there and the communication with the host was absolutely amazing.There is construction going on at this entire property - as well as the building. We came last year and stayed in a different condo in the same building and you can tell so much work has already been done, it looks so great! The construction did not bother us, we are excited for them to rebuild!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bonita Springs at Steve's property. The room was perfect with awesome views and very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we could need for meals. Ongoing construction was communicated to us well in advance which we appreciated so much. Restock of fresh washcloths for the bathroom was accidentally forgotten and Steve replaced them right away. When work calls us back to this area, Steve's condo will be one of the first we look for!

Beautiful condo! We loved having coffee on the balcony with ocean views, walking to the beach and nearby restaurants.The Gorgeous sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Love the condo and hope to visit again soon. The host was easily accessible with excellent communication. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay.

Traveling as a family of three, two adults and a three year old. The space was comfortable for the 3 of us! I wanted a place that overlooked the ocean and provided beach chairs/umbrella/cooler, so we didn't have to pack it, and this place delivered on both! It was a quick walk from the condo/pool to the beach, which we made multiple times with a 3 year old. We also liked the kids pool!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach & Tennis Club. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach. I loved having morning coffee on the balcony with stunning views of the gulf. The king bed was very comfortable. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Definitely would stay again.

Nice condo right across the road from the beach. Great view off the large balcony. Steve the host was very easy to communicate with and fixed any issues immediately. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway location! Super easy amazing access to the beach. Provided towels, beach chairs, and wagon is a wonderful perk. Building is quite. View of gulf from balcony is stunning!
