The Casa del Sol Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences is NEW and located in the exclusive Westlake Hills community- only a few miles from downtown Austin. Recently updated in a Santa Barbara style, this home has breathtaking views over the canyon, which can be enjoyed from multiple outdoor living areas. At Casa del Sol you can enjoy the best of both worlds of a private home with spectacular views as well as proximity to all that downtown Austin has to offer. With 5 bedrooms, 3 separate living areas, and 3 dining areas, Casa del Sol is perfect for families or friend groups seeking space and relaxation. It's also an ideal venue for small weddings and corporate events. The stunning pool area features a resort-style rock waterfall and grotto, a fire table, basketball area, and tetherball. The primary bedroom includes a private therapeutic jacuzzi in the secluded courtyard. There is also a dedicated office space for those who need to work during their stay. The lower-level media room offers a kitchenette, TV with game systems, foosball table, puzzles, and board games. At Casa del Sol you can enjoy the best of both worlds, a private home with spectacular views as well as proximity to all that downtown Austin has to offer. While the property is regularly set for 18 guests, it can accommodate up to 24 with homeowner approval, using luxury Frontgate beds and ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply, and all guests must be pre-approved. A full guest list will be required.
