Property was in good location for walking to Water St. and George St. It is a second and third floor apartment. Only communicated with the host a couple of times and he was great. We appreciate having the opportunity to stay in this well maintained apartment. … Thank you Brendan!

Perfect location for all activities in the St. John’s area. We never needed a car to explore the hikes that were close by and Ubers were readily available and reasonable. Very clean house and beds were comfortable. If there are issues with steps be aware this apartment is on the 2nd floor with the bedrooms another floor up.

The property is in a quiet area of town but still conveniently located within walking distance of major streets and points of interest. It is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and towels are fluffy and in abundance. Access is easy and communication with the host is relatively effortless. He responds quickly to requests and is concerned with the well-being of his guests. Thank you to Brendan and his daughter for a very memorable stay in beautiful St. John's!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is walkable to downtown, and the back deck was a nice spot to relax outside. The floor plan was convenient with bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. Beds were very comfortable, with quality linens, fluffy towels, and thoughtful touches like coffee and pods for laundry. The house was warm and cozy, with modern décor and Newfoundland touches of home. Booking and check-in were easy - we’d happily stay again!

Great location and Wonderful Place to Stay

Enjoyed the location as well as the amenities at the unit. The house was well equipped with everything needed including a BBQ! Loved the interior design as well as the beds were super comfortable. The unit also included a parking spot which was ideal if you have a rental car. The host was prompt with responses to my questions and with additional supplies. I would highly recommend this unit for families of all ages however be aware that this is a multi-level unit with steep stairs.

Location made it easy to go downtown. Main floor was very comfortable and spacious. Beds were great! The fan upstairs was on constantly to get rid of the hot air, was a bit noisy, but we closed the door and it was better.

Great location for visiting St.John’s. Easy to find, and very clean!Towels and bedding were lovely! Duvet was nice and cozy- fans available but didn’t need as was rainy during our stay.For us - very walkable to downtown; appreciate the quiet neighbourhood while still able to enjoy George Street fun and some of the great restaurants/ pubs.Easy to access exits and highways to other locations out of St. John’s.Great coffee shops and bakeries very close by . 15-20 minute or 8 minute car drive to grocery store. Thank you for suggestions Brandon.Caution if you are driving a larger vehicle as parking is right in front but tight access due to location of fire hydrant.As well- stairs to bedrooms may be tricky for some people if they have heavy suitcases .Brandon was easy to chat with ; booking and entry / departure easy too! Would recommend and would come back.

Great location, 2 storey, comfy beds, spacious living space and clean. Parking was tight for my SUV due to fire hydrant one side and metal cable attached to telephone pole on the other side. A few minor things ill mention to the owner but otherwise we were happy. Would stay again.
