Location Location Location!!!!The Location is just perfect for having a few pints on George st in the evening and with decent parking great place to take off with a rental for any Day trip.If we end up back in St John's we will definitely be staying with Mike and Doug again.

This house really could not be better for visiting St Johns. The proximity to downtown was 5-10 minutes to absolutely everything. It is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. The owners were incredibly accommodating for us and we were grateful for that. Highly recommend it.

Comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room on three floors to spread out. Nice deck too. Would stay in the property again.

We were delighted with this property. It is really well located and it was very comfortable for a big group like our's. The hosts were very responsive to any question we had. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location walkable to downtown St.Johns. Bathrooms were clean, spacious and well-stocked. The host responded quickly to our questions.

Michael was a great host. The property was nice and central. Parking was a challenge as we got a really big bronco from car rental company. But ww just used the street pass provided and it worked out fine.

Absolutely wonderful little home. Close to downtown for walking. The lowest level is nice and cold which was lovely during the heat. Parking was nice and convenient. Everything was clean and easy to find what we were looking for. My only complaint, which really isn't much of a complaint was that the bed downstairs wasn't a queen size as listed it was closer to a double but it just meant my husband and I snuggled closer. Mike was very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property for your stay.

This house was fantastic and the hosts were great. It was right at the edge of downtown St. John's!

We booked this house about 10 months before our trip and thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days, comes with everything you need including parking, laundry, walking distance to everything, and the hosts were great. I would definitely stay here again!

St. John’s Downtown

Clean, comfy and great location

Great house, lots of amenities, excellent location. Host was super responsive to questions. Off street parking was a huge bonus! Loved our stay, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Excellent stay. Great location. Super friendly and responsive host. 3 middle aged couples visiting St John’s. Lots of stuff in walking distance. WAY better than staying in a hotel. Totally recommend.
