Absolutely beautiful place with an extremely communicative host!! About 20-30 minutes on foot to the downtown core and super close to the weekly St. John's farmers market. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place was fabulous. Excellent kitchen, spacious, clean, quiet. Comfortable area for walking. I'd highly recommend this space.

A great apartment in a very convenient location. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend and will stay here again when we go back to St. John’s.

Really enjoyed our stay. Super clean and comfortable apartment in a good location. Kitchen had all the necessary items and more. Host was friendly and available for questions. Would stay again.

I stayed here for a month with my teenager and we enjoyed it thouroughly. The location was great for us and we had plenty of room. Andrea, the host, was super helpful and responded to any questions quickly. We would definately stay here again.

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated and clean. Well supplied kitchen, with condiments and everything possibly needed from spices to baking supplies. There is parking right in front of the unit. Andrea and John were wonderful hosts, very available and helpful. The location is great, easy access to downtown , short drives to historic sites and museums. I highly recommend their place to anyone planning to visit St. John's.

Spacious and clean. Parking was no problem. Not the quietest road but amazing Farmers market a block away on the weekend and we were able to walk downtown- walk back up the hill was less fun! Great value for a comfortable sleep and well equipped kitchen.

Very well appointed, clean and well decorated apartment. The rooftop deck is a great plus - very enjoyable to finish off the day relaxing out there. Kitchen was well stocked with all dining necessities and gadgets. Comfortable living room amenities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the property as a great home base for St John's excursions. Travelers should be aware that downtown attractions are a short drive away. Parking is readily available but is located directly on the street.

The place was beautiful. The kitchen had everything needed for morning coffee and other meals if required. Shopping was close enough to get some essentials if needed. Taxi to the downtown core was easy to secure. Would absolutely go there again if we travel to NFLD

Beautiful Property

Andrea’s spot was exactly what we needed! The back deck was gorgeous, all amenities worked perfectly and she was a very gracious host. We will be back again!

Fabulous!

What a fabulous place for us to stay during our first visit to Newfoundland. The property was absolutely stunning and had everything we were looking for and more. It certainly exceeded all of our expectations. Our host was amazing and so helpful. Thank you Andrea, we had a wonderful stay!!

The place was very comfortable and well kept and just what we needed as a place to relax after 2 busy days. We were able to walk to the downtown easily.
