All praises to this property and the host. Perfect for my family!!! Very clean, well supplied with everything we need,safe and secure, conveniently located. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Gave clear instructions and even suggested areas to visit in the city. I will surely keep this property as a favorite if we go to Vancouver again. Quite enjoyed my stay in this beautifully crisp and clean minimalist condo with impressive views of the mountains amongst an industrial setting. Found the location very convenient with many great places to eat in close proximity and downtown van just a quick Uber ride away. Would certainly return.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this Vrbo. The veiws here are absolutely stunning. Very clean and easy to get checked in as well. For me the location of this place really didn't bother me, but I could see others being concnered about the location of this Vrbo. Overall the unit was very clean and well taken care of, with little to no tenant noise. I will certainly consider staying here again in the future!

This is an ideal spot for exploring downtown Vancouver. It’s conveniently located near many breweries, restaurants, and bars that aren’t on the main tourist trail too. The space is clean and spacious enough for four people to comfortably stay. The balcony offers a great view, which is a huge bonus.

The only issue we had was that one of the windows wouldn’t open so it was a wee bit stuffy inside the unit.

So look, the place is fine. The views are as advertised but walk two blocks the wrong way and you’re in a bad area. We went to the liquor store closest that was a mistake. It was fine. We were fine. Just weren’t expecting it right there. That being said we felt very safe in the apartment.

The place was tidy and easy to get in. I had one request for the host to attend to regarding a broken window that went ignored. The neighborhood is filled with homelessness and open drug use. Not a place for children. The noise from the shipyard and seagulls are not the fault of the host but being unable to close the window and a lack of window shades is.

The condo was exactly like the images. Great views, secure parking and everything we needed. Clean towels, shampoo, soap, etc. were provided. This must be one of the top 5 best value stays in Vancouver. Thank you, and we will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony.Theo kept in touch and quickly answered any questions we had.The building is secure and is in a neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, coffe shops, and breweries. We were able to walk to a Dollarama and NoFrills grocery store (650 meters).We would recommend this apartment.

These accommodations get a 10/10! Excellent location. Safe, secure condo in a quiet building. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful view of the mountains and water. Very comfortable mattresses and bedding. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Low stress, easy check out. Very fairly priced. Thank you! I will stay again.
