I’m always reluctant to review this property and say it is excellent. Not because it isn’t because others will want to come and stay and that could lessen my opportunities in the future.We have stayed here as a girls weekend, as a couples weekend and it’s perfect for both. And obviously is excellent for families.The house is always well maintained, walking distance to town, and the hosts are easy to contact and respond quickly.

We had such a wonderful time in this house. The beautiful views of the beach and sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We loved the different decks to sit out on to feel the oven breeze. The open layout of the kitchen dining snd living room areas made it easy to socialize while cooking. The bedrooms were great and there were plenty of bathrooms. We would have liked an outdoor shower but the spray hose in front helped. Overall, this is such a wonderful place to stay.

The house was spacious and comfortable. We loved the view of the beach from the balconies. The kitchen was very well appointed and the labeling helped to keep things organized.

Pros:House is lovely and very cleanLocation is very accessible to beach and town ( which is very nice) Host responded quickly to all questions Kitchen has EVERYTHING you need, more than any beach house ever rentedCons:Driveway is a bit tricky on the side( sand pit) , first car got stuck before we realizedParking lot in front was busy ( understand can’t be controlled but renters should be aware)Temperature in house uneven, perhaps more info given about thermostats might be helpful Recycling bins not provided Wi-Fi is very spotty , very difficult to stream to TV since WiFi kept going down

My friends came to celebrate my birthday at the beach. The waterfront views are incredible. The house was clean and spacious, feeling like staying at a resort. We found the extras like the martini shaker, different cocktail glasses, beach chairs were lovely to have at our fingertips. The elevator made not only loading luggage and groceries easier, but also was nice for guests who weren’t as comfortable with stairs. The town of Lewes was so cute to shop and walk through, with so many choices of restaurants open in March was a nice surprise compared to other NJ beach towns. We hope to make this a regular gathering place.

This is the 3rd year that we have rented this house for a long weekend. Easy communication with the host. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with flatware, glasses, plates. Easy check in and out. The beds are comfortable and so is the common space. I give a 5 star rating reluctantly because I don't want the house to become so popular that I will lose my weekend.

This was the perfect house for our girls trip. Location was great, house was awesome, and it had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

This is a great property for a family looking for a quiet bay beach. LEWES is a beautiful little town and the house was beautiful. The owners were very responsive when there were weather issues and we enjoyed our stay very much. Has all the amenities you could need and an elevator for anybody that can’t do the stairs. Great week.

Great place to stay

Wonderful location and spacious home

Property is in a wonderful beachfront location and convenient to lewes downtown area. Home was exactly as pictured and owners are great communicators. Would recommend staying here.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The house had everything that we needed and had a great location to everything. You can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset each day from the multiple decks. We would definitely rent this location again
