The Coastal Oasis – Storm Bait Luxury

STUNNING custom built home with PRIVATE (heated) Pool in the center of home! This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home is just a 30 second walk to the beach! Here are just a few of the amenities we offer: 8 Flat screen televisions (one in each bedroom, one in the sun room, upstairs family room (60 inch) and main living room (60 inch) and gas fireplace. Outside shower gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A chef`s dream! You will not find a better home.
🚫 Cancellation & Credit Policy:

✔️All direct bookings are non-refundable. However, we understand that travel plans may change. For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival and outside of Peak Season (defined as June 15 – September 15),
✔️ Host may offer a credit toward a future stay, valid for up to 12 months from the original check-in date. Credit is subject to availability and must be used in a single reservation.
✔️For reservations made through third-party booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo), the cancellation terms published on the respective Booking Site shall apply, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
✔️Guests are responsible for reviewing and understanding the cancellation policies of the platform used.

The house was everything we hoped for ! The floors were a tad dirty, but everything else was clean ! Was great that we all had our own bathrooms and didn’t have to share ! Would highly recommend staying here to friends and family !!! Frank was easy to get ahold of and we enjoyed are vacation very much ! The grandchildren loved the pool and it was the perfect water temperature ! It had all the comforts of home . Loved the short walk to the beach .

My family and I enjoyed our vacation week at Storm Bait. The house is just a short walk to the beach which was clean and not crowded at all. My children loved the heated pool and outdoor space. The home is very open and had a nice size kitchen, living room, and dining table to spend time with family. There were also many other spots throughout the home that you could sit and read or watch TV. The only issues we ran into was that the front door key pad was broken and we had to use the actual key the whole week. Not a major inconvenience but we were always worried we were going to lose or misplace the key. The side door had a key pad as well but that did not work for us and would alarm when we used it. Also, when we tried to use the grill it was not clean and the ignitor did not work. We had to light it manually. I would also recommend new pillows for the bedrooms. Otherwise, it was a beautiful home, close to the beach, shops, and attractions in Fenwick island and Ocean City. We would stay again!

The place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Access to beach was great, place was decently cleaned and had sufficient table space, dishes and silverware to accomadate everyone. Had to replace batteries in multiple tv remotes as well as the fireplace one..and they need to replace fuse for dishwasher. Overall was a great place to spend our family Thanksgiving.

We had a great family vacation! First time at Fenwick and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. Kitchen and living area were great for cooking and hanging around together, but plenty of other places to go if you wanted some quiet time.

Great Fenwick Property

Can't beat this property in Fenwick. Proximity to the beach is unbelievable. Enough room for the whole family and large living space so you aren't in top of each other. Pool after the beach every day was a perfect end to each day.

This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home for our family summer vacation and I'm already booked for next summer. We all love it as our home away from home. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year.

Great Birthday Celebration for Mom

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a 70th birthday for mom. We had a total of 12 people in the house and it was spacious and clean. The 5 Master Bedrooms is great and the kids loved the pool. It’s sobclose to the beach and shops & restaurants. This was our first trip to Fenwick Island (we go to the Outer Banks every year as a family) and this may be a new spot for us. Highly recommend Storm Bait.

Wonderful weeks!
