Newly updated cottage with loft set-up. Beach side! First floor kitchen, bathroom, and living space completely renovated. All new blinds throughout. Cottage offers small full kitchen and living space with pull-out sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Loft area upstairs offers small deck/balcony with beautiful ocean views, one Queen bed and an additional sleeper sofa. Both sleeper sofas are full size. Both levels offer water views. Steps to your access of beautiful, as well as PRIVATE Moody Beach.

There is a small gas grill as well as some beach chairs, Boogie boards and an umbrella for your use.

Great location nice little spot

Great spot to get away, steps to the ocean. Not a huge place but a good size for what we needed. Plenty to see and do in the area, nice place

Cozy Cottage

The Cottage was clean, bright and cozy. We were just feet from the stairs to the beach. Our host was readily available if we needed her. I would certainly stay there again!

Perfect little cottage

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was amazing. The cottage was quaint, but lovely. Very clean and nicely decorated. We can't wait to visit again! Perfect size for our little family.

Fabulous host, house and beach!

Very nice property. Lori was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great visit to Maine. There's no better place to watch sunrises than Moody Beach! We will be back for sure!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We were so incredibly happy with this sweet little cottage. All of our needs were met and the location is perfect. We were both impressed w the cleanliness and can’t wait to return. We wish we booked a few more weekends before it filled up! Definitely making it our Memorial Day tradition!

Excellent in every way

The cottage is charming, clean, and every comfort is available there. It was the perfect place to visit the beach and fall asleep to the sound of the waves after a day of walking the beach and enjoying the sand. I needed nothing that was not provided in the cottage. A dream come true.

Gem on the coast of Maine

Such a wonderful location and place. We spent a relaxing and beautiful long fall weekend and could not have enjoyed it more. No crowds, amazing beach, and the perfect cottage just steps away from the beach. I can't say enough great things about Lori. She was incredibly accommodating, easy to communicate with, and just a lovely host.

Wonderful getaway which was well needed. Lori was reachable at every turn.

Location, location, location! We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of our work lives. The cottage on Moody Beach served well as a well needed break filled with charm, ocean air, long walks when the tide was low and stunning starry nights gazing out at the beauty of the ocean and local surroundings. Already looking forward to a return trip next summer.

Just perfect!

Our stay at Cozi Cottage @ was wonderful! Welcome flowers and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Fast and easy communication with gracious owner. Great location; steps to ocean. Ample parking. Clean and ready to go. Perfect for 2 or a few. Would love to stay again. Thank you, Lori!

Beautiful cottage close to the beach

My family and I stayed for a week at the cottage and had the best vacation! The cottage is quaint and absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach with our young children. My husband and I loved sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the ocean. Lori was extremely accommodating and checked in with us during the week to see how things were going. They even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift! We would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to return someday.

Perfect Trip

Loved everything about this property. We sat out on the deck and watched the sunrise most mornings. Took 20 or so steps to the beach and walked the beach. It was central to everything we wanted to do from Ogunquit to Kennebunkport to our self-guided lighthouse tour. Even our trip to the Cog Rail on Mount Washington didn't seem that far away. Maybe that was just great company, but being able to come home to a cozy cottage each night was definitely a plus.

Magical

We had the BEST time! Absolutely loved this cottage the beach the area. Every detail exceeded expectations. It was myself and my daughters… 7/9/13. We spent a lot of time at the ocean playing in the water and sand. They loved trying out the boogie boards in the ocean. It felt like our own private oasis. Not many people around. We hope to get to come back. We made memories to last forever!

The Private Beach is what's most amazing. There are 4 homes on our property and only those occupying the 4 homes can use the beach all the way down to the water. You'll never want to go to a public beach again!
