Charm meets convenience in our delightful Updated 4 bedroom/2.5 bath beach house. Step into a world of warmth and comfort as you enter the open concept living space, perfect for creating lasting memories with the kids and loved one. We purchased this home in 2024 for it's spectacular direct beachfront access and incredible unobstructed 180 degree ocean views. Our home features door to beach access. The house has been thoughfully updated with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 modern bathrooms and a newly renovated kitchen designed for culinary enthusiasts. The new wrap-around deck is an entertainers dream, offering the perfect backdrop for gatherings with the symphony of waves. All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A bathroom on all three floors makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. Want to get away from the sun for a bit? Simply head into the spacious living room and enjoy the ocean views from 5 huge beach facing windows. If you want a lot of sun, choose from setting up your beach chair on beautiful Wells Beach or on our homes private front yard beach. Getting up in the morning in the 2nd floor master bedroom is a treat. Open the curtains and the slider to a spacious deck and front row spectacular beach sunrise. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy your well earned front row beach vacation. Two bedrooms, each with a set of bunkbeds will serve the kids well. The fourth bedroom is on the third floor. This bedroom also has stunning beach views from a majestic arched window with windows that open for cool ocean breezes. Prepare your vacation meals in the newly renovated kitchen with beautiful Quartz countertops and all the most modern kitchen amenities. If you want to leave your vacation with all clean clothes, feel free to use the free commercial grade washer and dryer on the second floor. Our home has parking for two cars. The driveway narrows to 9ft wide coming in and then opens up. We back our minivan in for quick exits to Atlantic Avenue. If your looking for some of the most convenient beach access Wells Beach has to offer, than look no further. We are beachfront and as as convenient as it gets. Outside of beach time, our home offers super close proximity to Wells favorites including: Congdon's Dooughnuts, The Steak House, Billie's Chowder House, Mikes Clam Shack, Hobbs Harborside, Forbes, The kids Arcade and the Maine Diner (All stays contingent on receipt of a signed rental agreement).

Everything was fantastic - exactly as advertised. Well-appointed, comfortable, excellent communication. The location couldn’t have been better, right on the beach and at the sandy end of the beach.

First-time renters at this property, and we absolutely loved it! Being right on the beach was incredible. We enjoyed both patio areas, and the updated kitchen was a great touch. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Hoping to return next year!

The location is great with amazing views. The new patio (ocean side) is wonderful. Only minor issue was that the parking was tricky with a truck (very tight fit).

Right on the beach!

You can't beat the location and the house. Owner is extremely nice and communicates quickly if you have questions. Beach and the town of Wells are amazing if you are looking to decompress and relax. Will definitely book again.

What a great beachfront rental! The views from all over the house were amazing and despite the cold of November, we were still able to take long walks on the sand. The house was incredibly comfortable with a totally new and completely equipped kitchen. When we arrived everything was spotless! The furniture was cozy, the mattress in the master bedroom was firm the way we like it and the owners made sure the house had absolutely everything we needed. We will be back!

Wells Beach House Was Magical

We brought my in-laws for a stay at this beach house as they don’t feel comfortable traveling on their own anymore. It was just fantastic. Location was perfect for long walks and talks. The house is super clean and the views are wonderful!

Host was extremely responsive to all questions before and during our stay. The oceanfront was unbeatable for a family with 10, 4 and 2 -1 year old's. No lugging stuff back and forth to a place across the street. Personally I would have preferred no carpet for cleanliness, especially so close to the ocean. The air conditioning units in the bunk room were relatively loud. The third floor bedroom air unit is in the back area and doesn't reach well to the sleeping area. Nor was the main second floor bedroom cooled very well. I must admit none of the windows in either of these bedrooms were ever opened due to the need to set up extra curtains for room darkening for the children. It is likely the ocean breeze would have helped the heat in the bedroom issue. The two full bathrooms and 1/2 bath were adequate for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. Ideally we would have had another full bath but that is what you sacrifice to be on the ocean. The outside patio was perfect for oceanside dinners. The parking does require some expertise to get in but as suggested - backing in is the key and we were able to park 1 truck, 1 expedition and a grand highlander in the assigned area. Is this place worth the expense? Depends on what matters to you on your vacation - we had a beautiful weather week and made many more Maine vacation memories.

Great location

The location on the beach was exactly what we wished for. Very clean. Bedrooms and baths were what we needed. Only drawback was parking was difficult. Two cars were being shuffled to get in and out of the tight space.

Appreciate the kind words about our homes location directly on Wells Beach. You can't beat front row beach! Thanks also for the compliments on our cleanliness and bedroom and bath being exactly what you needed. When you are this close to the beach, parking gets tight. Our parking accomodates a number of cars. The parking is front to back, so one car out at a time. Sometimes tight parking at Wells Beach is a tradeoff for the opportunity to be so close to the ocean.

Amazing beachfront property for families!!

We had the most amazing week with our 3 little boys at the house! The house is so beautiful and in the absolute perfect location! David was very informative and speedy to respond during the whole process. The house had everything we needed for the week. We definitely want to book again!

Could not have asked for more!

My husband, our 7 year and old my parents stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday. Things could not have been better. The house is equipped with everything you need. The owner David was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had. The house is beautiful! We hope to stay again next year! Thank you for this memorable vacation!

A Genuine Beach House

The house was as promised, right on the beach, no house(s) to block the wonderful view of the ocean and sunrise. When travelling with small children (one 5 yrs and the other 18 months) it’s a delight not having to cart all the necessities with you to the beach. The house is fully renovated, well-equipped, the owner was available for questions, and graciously provided a few things we asked for. All in all a memorable trip!

Very nice beach front property. The property was as advertised. Plentiful towels and linens. It’s difficult to find a beach front rental. This is a unique find. Not fancy but very clean, exceptional location. Plan on returning next year. The owner was accessible and very pleasant. All good.
