The open layout of the living room, dining room and modern kitchen creates a sunny and bright space with amazing views of the Atlantic from every angle. The comfortably furnished living room boasts a beautiful decorative fireplace, and sliders to access the large oceanfront deck. The beautiful kitchen has every gadget you can imagine, and the dining table seats 6 with 4 more seats at the counter.

Lush hedges line the sides of this home for added privacy, where you’ll find plenty of parking. Relax on the large oceanfront deck with build in seating, a picnic table and lounge chairs for your morning coffee and the sunrise. Or bring dinner outside and enjoy the cool ocean breezes. Your private walkway leads straight to the sand.

You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
