This spot checked all boxes that we needed for the weekend. Communication was fantastic - both host and housekeeper were the best. Will definitely book again in the near future :)

This house was beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious. The views are fantastic. We appreciated the oscillating fans in the closets of each bedroom, the large dining table which we used mostly to play games, and the new looking washer & dryer. Both the upper and middle level deck had gates for kid/dog safety.

Katrina was absolutely lovely as a host. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. The house was fantastic for our small group and my birthday celebration. Great views very clean. Kitchen was very well appointed. Just a note that there’s several stairs, so be prepared to get your exercise in! My only drawback was you’re right by the public beach access and people had a tendency to fish and sit right in front of the house. But that’s easily handled if you get your chairs and umbrellas out there early in the morning. Thank you, Katrina for sharing your beautiful home.

Property was dirty for my taste. I am OCD and felt like the stairs needed a lot of attention. We had a great time in our visit but the house could be a lot cleaner. Bathrooms had numerous hairs in them

This beach home right on the ocean calms the soul. Relaxing on the beach or waking up to coffee and sunrises every morning, you will love the peace and serenity it offers. The host thought of everything to make one feel comfy and cozy. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games and an incredibly stocked kitchen! The WiFi was great as 3 adults worked remotely without issues. The hot tub and grill are added perks! We highly recommend you book your next beach vacation here!

The home was beautiful! It was clean and well taken care of. Communication with the host and onsite manager was friendly and prompt. We met some lovely neighbors during our stay. The house is just steps to the ocean which was amazing and perfect for our little family with 2 young children. We would recommend and return!

The house is right on the beach and just down the street from everything you could possibly need. What more could you ask for?! We decided on a spontaneous beach trip, and this place absolutely delivered! Katrina was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially when it came to allowing us to bring our dogs. It meant so much to us to be able to share the beach with them, and I even sent her a few pictures of our pups enjoying their time by the ocean! The house had absolutely everything we could have asked for, including a full kitchen, a grill, a hot tub, and plenty of rooms with gorgeous views. Every room was adorably decorated, making the entire house feel cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully put together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy a last-minute getaway. Between the beachfront location, the beautiful home, and Katrina’s hospitality, this stay was truly special. We would absolutely love to come back

It is such a beautiful place and perfect for our dogs with a great outside shower and many towels available. We will for sure come back and Katrina was a great host. I absolutely recommend this property. The view is breathtaking and the morning walks at sunrise unforgettable

The house was just as advertised, very clean well maintained, it had an amazing view of the beach, with great beach access.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed when we wanted to cook.The bedrooms are nice and large, and the beds were very comfortable.We had a great week !!

Location couldn’t be better, right on the beach. House truly had EVERYTHING you could want or need for a stay! Great stay and would highly recommend.

Great location! Loved the beach gear - umbrellas, chairs, towels, and boogie boards. The products in the bathrooms were the DG kind and hard to find in a couple of bathrooms - you might bring your own soap and lotion. Because the house is right on the beach, sand blows over the walkover nightly. We sprayed off the walkover daily to clear sand. It is hard to keep it out of the house. More rugs and a vacuum would help - maybe we just couldn’t find it.

We hope you still enjoyed your beach vacation despite the sand. Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash is in every bathroom under the sinks in a nice little basket we even have everything in the outdoor shower. Rugs are at every doorway leading to the outside. Vacuum and broom is in the closet. The house is directly on the beach and at night there can be wind which puts sand on the decks and walkway. Nothing I can do about keeping the sand away at a beach house. Still hope you enjoyed your stay with us.
