The resort graciously allowed us to enter the property early to decorate for a guest birthday! Very kind of them! One of the bedrooms bed was completely not made so when we mentioned it after decorating they did go in and kinda fix it- but I did think it was weird it wasn’t totally made up right. The views are great. The place is spacious! Easy walk across the street to the beach!!!

This condo was in a great location, close to the beach and John's Pass. The condo definitely could be updated (ie. counter needed in bathroom, it was worn). However, the condo was as advertised and worked well for our family of four. We were happy with it.

Place is great except for the mold around the shower.

Well, it was a little disappointing because the on-site desk does not manage this unit. You only go there for the parking pass. The washer was broken. The dryer didn't dry the clothes.I didn't

This unit was a major disappointment. The bathtub in the master bath is in terrible shape with rust, missing caulk, and peeling paint. The other bathroom has no counter space at all, nowhere to put anything. Both bathrooms have very poor water pressure. There is no overhead lighting in any bedroom. There are no mirrors except in the bathrooms. There are no chairs in the bedrooms. The third bedroom has no closet so there is nowhere to hang any clothes and we were there for a wedding. And the listing says it sleeps 6 but they only provide full towel sets for 4. The pool is tiny and right off of the main street at the front of the property. Overall it is poorly equipped and poorly maintained. It was not at all worth what it cost. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This place was great for our group of 6. 4 adults and two teenagers. It was very clean and a great location for the beach and Johns Pass. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the kitchen did not have any supplies other than paper towels, kitchen towels and a couple of laundry pods. It would have been nice if there were salt and pepper, cooking oil and coffee filters at the very least. Also, there are only two beach chairs and one small umbrella which all need to be replaced. We really enjoyed our stay tho!

Because of health and safety guidelines, we don't provide consumable items such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, or coffee filters, but we understand how convenient they can be.
