Come see why this 8th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 8th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” 4K SMART TV in living room and a 60" 4K SMART TV in the master, and a 43" 4K SMART TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have several other 3br and 4br condos in the building should you have a large group and need more space!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was not properly cleaned, and for the price, I expected it to be in much better condition. Food crumbs on the rugs and under furniture in several rooms. Floors had been noticibly not mopped or otherwise cleaned. Caked dust on ceiling fans, on some tables and on baseboards. Kitchen cabinets were grimy and needed to be wiped down. Won’t go back.

Beach Bliss

We enjoyed staying here! We are a family of nine and there was plenty of room for all of us. Having three bathrooms was great! The view from the balcony is priceless. The 8th floor was perfect and being able to park on the same floor was very convenient.

Great place

Lovely property

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. All of the furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed have the indoor hot tub and pool for cool days. We also enjoyed the outdoor lazy river and easy access to the beach. We loved this unit being on a level we could park on. We utilized the gym which was very nice. We were walking distance from multiple restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay again.

Snowbirds escape Wisconsin February

Excellent retreat in Orange Beach with above average temps and sunshine. The condo was perfect for location, view, accommodations and amenities. We had a few minor issues with the condo but they were handled quickly by the condo manager and maintenance staff.

Dirty.

This condo was beautiful. But it had not been cleaned at all for I don’t know how long. The floor made the bottom of my socks black….not dirty….black! The showers had viable mold, the refrigerator was filthy inside and out. The microwave was just as bad. The bedding was dirty with stains and the toilets did not have sanitary cleaning! I reached out to the gentleman taking care of the property and he argued with me until I sent him pictures. He yelled at me about even calling him on a Sunday. So expensive as well with $55 parking fee. No one was watching over their teenagers and they were running wild, yelling and calling people names. We will never rent a Phoenix property again!

Oceanfront Perfection at its best!

The most perfect condo any family could ever dream of! It was identical to the VRBO listing and pics. Perfect floor on the 8th. Great views, plenty of room, excellent amenities. friendly staff! We will be booking this unit again!!

I can’t think of one complaint about our stay! Condo was amazing and loved the convenience of parking on the same level. Beautiful view from the balcony.

A Place to Stay in Orange Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an extremely well decorated establishment. The vibe and placement of furniture made it perfect to relax when ready to be out of the sun. I have zero complaints and was 100% satisfied. Would Highly recommend 802 to anyone. We frequent this area often. Would recommend Live Bait, GT's and Bubbas for restaurants. The Publix was fully stocked and very aesthetically pleasing. The Walmart?...Not so Much! The balcony has high quality Adirondack furniture, which of course is where coffee in the morning and wine in the evening was most enjoyed. A great week!

Reviewer Comments: The family loved the view from the eight floor.Loved haveing enought room for the whole family had enough beds so no one had to sleep on the couch. also loved have a bathroom in each room no wait on anyone to get dressed.the location was close to everything we needed had a wal-mart grocery market acroos the road didnt have to travel far to get supplies.over all i would recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful view

Absolutely couldn’t beat the view. Very nice amenities in the hotel and loved the decor of the condo! Only complaint was the communication after booking. Booked not knowing there was a parking fee and then was told one price and paid even more once we arrived. The wording in the welcome email could have been not so stern as well. For example I was told under no circumstance to call for an early checkin and that the condo code would not work until 4:30pm. Overall a lovely stay but was put off by the property manager.
