Loved this Vrbo, very well appointed. Would be nice if there were beach chairs, beach towels available for people that fly in & can't pack that type of stuff. The bath towels were a bit raggedy, but assume that this is a towel service. Was wonderful to have a washer & dryer in the condo, along with the ice machine!! The ice machine made our stay so much nicer, as it was incredibly hot! If I/we ever return to this property, I would rent this unit again, in a heartbeat.

The condo is very nice. However the beds are full size and not queen and in the bunk bed room, the full size beds are foam mattresses. Being on the 30th floor is a challenge getting an elevator on Saturday's. The parking deck is nice and available on floors 2-12.

80 degrees every night. Miserably hot. Have stayed at The Oasis multiple times and this was the worst condo we’ve ever stayed in. The Oasis was great. Condo was disappointing.

The place was gorgeous. Only thing that was bad on my stay was the coolest little dive bar across the road that I have had many fun times in was closed. The weather was perfect and the furniture on the patio was absolutely spot on. The double heads in the shower feel great after a long day. Thank you so much.

Spring Break

What an amazing property with so many amenities! We loved being right on the beach with the pool options. We were worried about the elevator wait being on the 30th floor, but never had to wait long. We will definitely be back!

Great location and comfortable condo

We have always enjoyed the Phoenix condos, especially in West II. This condo was especially nice. The main drawback was its height which could be problematic during peak season but not bad at all during off season.

We spent 5 days at The Oasis and everything about the property was great! We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the 30th floor!Traveling with a big family this place had everything we could have wanted… beach access, outdoor pools, lazy river, indoor oil, hot tubs, courts for all sorts of games, ect! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Elevators were fast and we never had to wait.We had the best time and hope to make it back to enjoy more of what this place has to offer!

Excellent place to stay!! Fun kids bedroom with bunk beds and lots of space for adults and kids to move around. One bathroom had running toilet, so limited shared bathrooms for families. Only minus! Would rent again

The condo itself is amazing, views are amazing. Pools were great , really nice to have indoor pool as well. The condo and host communication was amazing.The building itself especially on 30th floor smelled like the trash shutte the entire time, but this is the entire floor not unit issue.If i had one suggestion i would recomend updating the two bottom beds on a better frame in the bunk room.We stayed during spring break and during peak times the elevator wait was a few min wait but outside of that it was quickGreat stay and will def stay here again!

Beautiful View

Condo was great for our family of 12. We LOVED the bunk room! Everyone had a bed. We love the beach access and the lazy river. The music at the pool/lazy river was very good…family friendly! The elevators were horrible on Sunday morning when people were checking out otherwise they were fine. We will definitely be back.

Beach trip

Wonderful location enjoyed the condo location lazy river .. everything fit our group perfect .. extra bathroom was a plus plus having teenage girls and boys .. only negative was with 12 people three cars with a three bedroom condon 2 parking passes is a hardship .. we did end up getting it worked out .. will stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For 2 family’s of 4 the space and location was perfect. Not much to complain about except that the master bed was uncomfortably hard and the dryer didn’t work well. Other than that the place was set up well with a lot of space!

Overpriced and need an upgrade After check in we have to properly do the bed and clean the rooms and when we had to leave, I felt like I was in the Chinese buffet, key password was change 30 minutes before 10(check out time ) and the maid was at the from door 40 minutes before ten

Perfect set up for a large group

Loved having so many bathrooms and enjoyed the view from the balcony. Internet was not that great but I’m not sure if it was because of the tropical storm or not. It would have been nice to have had more than one roll of TP for each bathroom since we stayed a week with 8 people. Nice to have washer and dryer as we did several loads of towels and washcloths. We would have liked to have hooks to hang things on and have charging stations by the beds.

Maintenance was lacking; very little cell phone service

Nice unit, but somewhat worn…lightbulbs out and lamps missing knobs. We rented because of the kids room setup, which the kids loved. All beds were very comfortable. There was sand in the kids’ beds and the unit was pretty dusty, the fault of the cleaning crew. The kids loved the slide and lazy river and hot tub. Having to pay $45 for parking was irritating. It was definitely not bad, but not as nice as we are usually accustomed to.

AMAZING!!

This place looks as stunning as the pictures. Our family loved our stay in mid-October and the location was perfect. Very close to the so many restaurants and the beach roomy so you didn’t feel crowded. Even with the extra guests that came to Orange Beach because of a hurricane about a month earlier. I will say that since we were on the 30th floor elevators were busy, especially with the increase of people staying at the resort. But besides waiting for the elevators, you didn’t feel the crowd anywhere else. As for the condo, the two things I could think to improve the place would be if the ice machine by the bar was fixed and if they had a Fire Stick or Roku on the main living room TV. My family was wanting to watch a movie on Disney+ from our subscription, but we didn’t have a way to sign in through the TV. So we all huddled around our iPad. We would definitely stay again and we had a great time
