Nice property but it needs numerous repairs. Seems to have been let go for a while. Game room like playing outside. Crazy architecture.

Our home does have a unique architectural design, which is common among elevated beach homes and is part of its character. The game room is located in the screened area beneath the house, providing an open-air space to enjoy games and relax. During the warmer summer months, it can certainly feel more like being outdoors, and we understand that may not be what every guest expects. Hilton head stay

Great property with easy access to the beach. Kitchen has a lot of small appliances for your cooking needs. Close to shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect accommodations for 5 couples. Large bedrooms with separate baths. Living/dining/kitchen area was spacious. Good parking. Great beach access.Our only concern was very steep entry steps that were difficult for elderly and young children.

Christmas family trip

House was perfect for our group. Location was very convenient to beach and Coligny. Even though weather was not the best we were able to make the most of it and enjoy being together. Management company had excellent communication.

Great time!

Good property, but when we got there, a toilet was leaking upstairs, so they moved us immediately to a larger property with same proximity. Great people and we were happy.

Very Nice for Large griups

My family spent Thanksgiving in Hilton Head and we stayed at this property. Very clean and stocked with all the ingredients for a wonderful stay. Excellent choice!! Will return in the future

Hilton Head Best week!!!

The house was exactly what we expected. The location, overall space, amenities, customer service (we had minor issues which they responded to in a friendly manner both on the phone and in person). The location was perfect for everyone from our toddlers to adults wanting to go into town or walks on the beach. We are coming back :) Thank you for a great week.

Lovely vacation home

The home offered us a great place to meet with our family of 16. Each bedroom has its own bath, facilitating privacy. There is also a bath with access from the pool. It was a close walk to the beach, even for Grandpa who uses a cane. We could also walk to Coligny plaza if desired. I would rent again. I found VRBO responsive to our requests.

Overall not bad

Great location but the house has a strong smell of mold and when we arrived the floors and counters were really dirty and we had to get housekeeping in to clean.

Husbands 70th Birthday Trip

The property was wonderful! Having the pool, game room double double garage space, just a block from the beach. Fantastic!!! (I am a GM of a hotel) So just a couple items to offer up. The cleaning crew might want to check the dishwasher, when I opened it up, the smell almost made me vomit. And the outside grill had not been cleaned and there was a small dead animal in it .. Oh, and there is a leak under the kitchen sink, close to the elbow. We put a bowl under there to catch the water. They may want to flip the mattresses.. I slept in a pocket 😉😉 Really we truly enjoyed our stay, we all said we would LOVE to live there !!!

Excellent home excellent location

This was our second and hopefully not last stay at this excellently maintained wonderfully appointed home. Everything needed for cooking in ,if you wish, and soooo close to Coligny and other restaurants areas. And most importantly the beach is close and the walk is beautiful! We have 5 ‘Family units’ and this house accommodates one and all! Thanks very much. Hilton head is our family’s favorite vacation week!

Beautiful property and very very convenient !

This property was perfect for our family. It’s been beautifully updated to new - not a detail missed. Location is excellent ..short lovely walk to the beach or to coligny plaza… And the pool and deck area great area to cook out or relax in the late afternoon sunshine. Very happy with our choice this year.
