We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. For clarity for future guests: our team was responsive throughout the stay and provided multiple ways to access the home. Before check-in, we immediately provided access to a physical key, so the unit was accessible right away regardless of any email delivery issue. We are not aware of any inaccurate information given. My team was yelled at stating there was no sleeper sofa bedding. Yet the bedding was located by the guest when we encouraged him to look in the closet. He also stated there was no trash valet instructions, yet it was sent in our email after booking, more than once, which he read and responded to. As for inside amenities, there was zero complaints or information given to us. We absolutely want every guest to have a great stay, and we’re always happy to help resolve concerns quickly. However, the treatment and harsh yelling to our staff was unecessary and disheartning. Respectful communication is essential and makes it possible to assist efficiently. We’re disappointed this resulted in a 1-star rating despite zero issues inside, sleeper sofa bedding was there and trash valet info was provided twice. We understand that this review response is not typical.. however, I dont like seeing my hard working staff treated in the way this guest treated them and the unfair raiting.
