While the place was a decently comfortable stay, it is very apparent this is managed by a corporation, and so lacks the personal touch. For one, when we inquired about potentially needing to check in a little bit early, we were quoted 300 to check in 3 hours early, and no option to go in even 20 min early if our travel times didn't align precisely. Regardless, it's a business, so ultimately understandable and within their rights. Bigger issue was that the place was noticeably unclean upon arrival, and several of the sinks and showers wouldn't drain properly and were somewhat backed up. We communicated this to management and were told they'd send out service, but never did. The property was also advertised as pet friendly, but not only is there not a single patch of viable grass for dogs to do their business, the entire property is covered in these small nettles that would painfully embed themselves in pet paws and bare feet alike. The outside is particularly bad, but we all had nasty little incidents with stepping on them inside the house, even on day 1. Taking the pups out was rough, as nowhere in the pool area is there grass, and you're left to choose between taking pets to eliminate on other people's properties a ways out, or brave the worst of the nettles and spend 5 painful minutes picking them off your pets' paws. Other than that, no other major complaints, but bear in mind, no toiletries are included (not even shampoo), so again, it gives off a profits first vibe.

We regret you did not have a 5-Star experience at this property and we apologize for your angst. We certainly are not a corporation and your comments hit hard. That said, we do have established processes in place that don't allow for early check in as the norm and there is a price associated with preparing the property early. We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve based on your comments.
