We’re sorry the air conditioning issue disrupted your stay, especially during the warmer weather. We didn’t hear from you until Saturday evening, but as soon as we were notified, we brought over a window unit to help cool the home. We understand that the delay in reaching us may have been frustrating, and we encourage all guests to review the welcome book upon arrival, as it includes our direct contact information in case of emergencies like this. The AC unit had recently been serviced, but unfortunately, a blower relay failed during your stay.
