Great Location

Lakefront weekend

Spent a relaxing weekend with our adult sons here. Fantastic views of Lake Winnebago and a charming A-frame house. Great tips on nearby restaurants and activities from the host.

Great stay!

This was my first Vrbo experience and it was wonderful! The house and lake view were beautiful. Excellent communication from the owner who was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival and when staying at the property. House was well stocked with everything we needed.

Winnebago Fun

We had a blast. The cabin and setting was ideal. The property owner took really god care of us and we will definitely be back. I would recommend this to family and friends.

Peaceful, cozy, and family friendly.

Lovely stay on the quiet side of the lake. The house is clean and well stocked to roll in off the drive and immediately start enjoying. The yard had lots of places to gather and enjoy nature and family. Inside was cozy and open, perfect for families. The hosts were sweet and helpful and the sunsets were unreal every single night!

Beautiful A-frame Home!!!

Julie was so amazing to work with. She answered our questions promptly and gave us all of the information we needed to enjoy our vacation. The home is gorgeous and the lake views are stunning! The sunsets were spectacular!!! Our family would love the opportunity to enjoy this lovely home again soon!!

Family vacation

Spacious and beautiful home. Breath taking sunsets over the lake. We were able to enjoy boating, fishing, and exploring the area, as well as relaxing and catching up with family. The home was clean and well supplied and the host was readily available and kept us informed. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again!

Lake front Wisconsin retreat

Beautiful lake front A-frame cabin with great views. Clean and well- furnished and maintained. Unfortunately, during our stay the Wifii had no Internet connection and the hot water had a foul, sewage-like, odor.

Thank you Rawhi for your review and bringing these issues to our attention! Right after you left we had the hot water heater and water softener system serviced, cleaned out, and reset. Although the smell is harmless and the water has been tested clean, occasionally water coming from wells can have an odor. We have a system in place that filters the water through a water softener. We were able to get rid of the odor immediately. Regarding the Wi-Fi, we have limited Wi-Fi available because our area does not offer strong Internet service. Most people don’t have any problems with their phones or devices. Thank you for staying with us and I’m glad you were an able to enjoy the Lakehouse.

Julie was awesome, place was great, right in the water. We spent most of our time sitting on the pationor dock just enjoying the view. Says house is only 1400 sq' but seemed so much bigger. Thanks Julia for all the help and recommendations

Lake Winnebago property

The property was lovely, well stocked kitchen, beautiful lakefront, kids were able to swim off the dock. Tree swing was also a big hit with the kids. We fished off the dock in the evenings and caught several nice perch. The beds were comfy, the local beer in the fridge and ingredients for smores was a nice touch. Highly recommend.

Amazing view

The house was everything it said it was and more the view of the lake is absolutely stunning the house is so beautiful inside the fire pit is so nice we spent hours enjoying it the owner was extremely easy to work with and responsive to any question we had. Conveniently located from the boat landing made taking are boat trips easy the hole family felt extremely comfortable with lots of room to spread out when the weather got bad I definitely recommend this house for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing Sunsets!

Me, my husband and I and our 5 kids (15yr-23yr) had an amazing time in this beautiful lakefront home! The fishing off the pier was super fun and we spent every night around the fire pit making s’mores while listening to the waves hit the shore. The host provides everything you’ll need to cook up a wonderful meal in the spacious kitchen that overlooks the lake/sunsets. The pier, fire pit and cornhole game kept all of our adult children entertained and the comfy beds provided a great nights sleep after a day on the lake! We will definitely be back!!

Summer vacation

Has everything one needs & nice quiet location. Spiral staircase could be dangerous, and we had issues with water smell. Very bad a couple days. Owner was very nice and responsive though.

Thank you for your honest review and feedback! After your stay we had the water heater and water softener serviced, cleaned out, and reset. We were able to eliminate the water smell. The water has been tested and is very clean, but because our water comes from a well, at times there can be a smell. Although the smell is harmless we understand that it is not pleasant. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
