Directions were accurate. Check-in was easy. Communication, up to that point, as expected. After dinner the first night, I replied to a courtesy email from the owner expressing our frustration with the lack of water pressure in the kitchen sink. This email went unanswered! Since the precedent for communication was via email, checking it and replying would have been greatly appreciated. Four days later I found the owners # on the bottom of some informational sheets as we were preparing for checkout. Had I seen it earlier, I would have also text that the back door locks were nonfunctional (dead bolt and knob) for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the number until the morning of departure. In fairness, the owner did respond within 30 minutes. Overall, the property layout is great. Easily accommodates the stated number of guests (we had 8). The kitchen, bathrooms, and living area is well stocked with just about anything you may need or want. On the downside, kitchen facet lacks adequate pressure. Security is severely lacking. Yes, there are cameras, but the inability to lock the patio door on departure and at night was frustrating. Last, the cleanliness of the outdoor living area is overlooked. A blower could easily rid the space of leaves and dust (cushions).
