Discover this newly renovated 35th-floor condo in the Waikiki Banyan, offering breathtaking ocean views from your private lanai. This unit accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a king-size bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open floor plan, and the convenience of being just a short stroll from Waikiki Beach and top-notch restaurants. Your stay is complete with free Wi-Fi and parking. Experience the best of Waikiki from this stunning home away from home!

⚠️ Important Notice:
The 6th-floor recreation deck (pool, BBQ, playground, hot tubs) will be closed for renovation from April 7, 2025 - Spring 2026. Rates are already adjusted to reflect this closure. Some daytime construction noise may be present near the deck area.

THE RECREATION DECK ON THE 6TH FLOOR INCLUDES:
- A spacious heated pool, accessible between 9 AM and 9 PM.
- 2 hot tubs for your relaxation.
- Restrooms, showers, and a sauna, all accessible from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.
- A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

Building Amenities:
- Laundry rooms on every floor (coin & card-operated)
- Trash rooms are conveniently located at the end of each floor
- FREE parking for one vehicle (Max height: 6 ft)

Check-In / Check-Out:
- Check-in: after 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, we recommend booking an extra night

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances.

Please Note:
- This unit is privately managed and not affiliated with the hotel. Room service and daily housekeeping are not provided.
- A welcome starter kit with coffee, toiletries, and essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival; please note this kit is complimentary and not replenished during your stay.
- Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.
- A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.
- Be sure to review the Amenities section to confirm that everything you need is included.
