This is a great unit close to the beach. The room needs a little updating. But if your staying for a week or less this is a great spot on the outskirts of waikiki. Doesn't feel like your in a big city but close to everything. Basically right across from the beach. Had a few hiccups during out stay, nothing major and the host was great with communication and responsive.

We stayed three weeks in our favourite condo in the best location in Waikiki. The views from the lanai can’t be beat and this location is steps away from the beach, parks, restaurants, shopping and everything needed for a great stay. The condo is comfortable and stocked with all necessities for cooking meals and beach activities. Check in is easy and Bill was able to accommodate a late checkout time for our last day due to a late flight- very much appreciated . We will definitely be back!

The room was perfect for our needs. Was an older place but had character and charm. Excellent location for beach acess andcall your needs to stores. Would definitely stay here again. Bill had great communications.

We had a wonderful stay! The description is accurate and the place is beautiful and clean, with wonderful views, a perfect location and friendly hosts! We loved being able to pay for parking on the property rather than walking to a public garage. We would definitely stay here again.

The facility is older and limited amenities. Great location and the view was fantastic. Kitchen had very limited supplies. The bed was comfortable. Limited storage space.

I hope you’ll take the time to read this if you’re thinking of going to Waikiki !! The hotel itself is nice enough. I enjoyed the location, steps from the best beaches! The front desk was helpful, easy parking, good food on site, plenty of restaurants and stores close and VERY EASY affordable parking. BUT there was one main thing made this trip truly perfect for my daughter and I - Bill. The host was amazing. Bill is fun, friendly and truly cares about making sure the guest gets the most out of their visit to Hawaii. We got checked in, and once we got settled, Bill sent a text welcoming us, and offering us every option to make our trip the best possible. This man cared far more about my daughter and I having a good time than about renting a property. The toilet flushed kind of slow the third day, I thought it was my fault and I was all nervous to call. Bill responded quickly even though it was late, he joked with me about it. We had another great conversation, he came in the morning, fixed it up, and brought us some rafts! our last day, I had thought check out was Sunday… it was Saturday. And I realized this Friday night and went into a panic! Again, Bill saved the day!! He helped us figure out how to make it to our snorkel boat, make sure our bags were safe, and made sure we were able to get changed and sorted before taking off for our flight. I use Vrbo all the time, but this time I felt like I was renting off a friend or relative. There truly is NO better place to stay!

Yes host was welcoming. He was accommodating and the unit has things to use during my stay including beach chairs/umbrella/floating devices The view is my favorite and the location. Can get to the beach, stores and travel routes quickly

Great Location!

This was the perfect location for our stay with views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Space was perfect for 2 people.

Rag tag room, if your faucet is broken, it didn't just happen and they are not waiting in parts.Other than that, just a bed and a bathroom to take care of business.
