Property was amazing and we had a wonderful time! Great place to bring pets on vacation. We all enjoyed the kayaking and watching the fish and other wildlife. Kitchen was great for feeding 8 people! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the space. Great place to relax and enjoy some down time away from hustle and bustle of everyday life!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful stay on the beach

Well decorated and clean. We had all we needed for our stay. The sandy beach was lovely and affordable pontoon rental was a bonus.

Nice property! Plenty of space for 13 of us (3 families). The fishing kayaks were a hit, and plenty of shoreline to play in the water and fish.

The property was very clean and inviting. The kids enjoyed the lakefront however once they saw the snapping turtles they stayed close to shore. The kayaks were a bit hit!

We had a wonderful stay with three families and would definitely recommend this home. The layout was perfect for a large group, with great visibility to the beach and yard, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. We loved the private beach, kayaks, beach toys, game room, spacious yard, and how close it was to Baxter for groceries and anything else we needed. The home felt warm, welcoming, and communication with the host was excellent.A few improvements would make it even better. The upstairs bedrooms got quite warm with the doors closed, so better airflow or fans would help, and blackout curtains would be a great addition for families with young kids. The grill was slow and didn't heat evenly, there was quite a bit of goose poop around the beach and yard, and we would have appreciated a recycling option.Overall, we made wonderful family memories here and would happily stay again.

Property was nice. Some structural things like the shower doors getting stuck and being off set, otherwise it was a beautiful house!As another review mentioned if you have kids with, they were cool to see but there are two big snapping turtles that hangout under the dock and around the swimming area - just keep an extra eye out!Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed!

We loved this cabin! There were 10 of us and it was the perfect size. The sandy beach, shallow entry into the water and dock to fish right off of were awesome! The cabin is very nice and is pretty well stocked. There are some life jackets available for use as well (but none for little ones, so bring your own life jackets for smaller kids). The lake is a small, private lake and gorgeous and peaceful! The property manager was very prompt in responding to messages, even at night! I think one of the managers might live next door (I think on the side of the property in an RV but I am not sure) so he was able to stop by easily. The kayaks were great quality and so fun! Highly recommend!
