• Lower level walkout opens up to a huge flat yard overlooking the lake.

• 3 bedrooms – Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Bedroom #3 is a kids bunk room with 2 bunk beds.
• The sectional sofa, in open living area, also contains a comfy queen size sleeper bed with a premium mattress.
• Shared full bathroom with shower/bathtub on this level.
• All bedrooms (including sectional queen sleeper area), with exception of kids bunk room, include beautiful views of the lake.


OUTDOOR AREAS:
• 85ft of private lakefront that has a sand beach and a gradual slope entry into crystal clear water… great for families and kids!
• Huge 1 acre flat lot with a lush lawn for playing cornhole, throwing the ball and more.
• Large fire pit by the water for roasting marshmallows and making memories.
• Private dock to tie up your boat. Lifts not included. Cruise over to Gull Lake and throughout the chain.
• 8 adirondack chairs around the beach and fire pit areas.
• Outdoor shower for cleaning off before heading back inside.

Lastly – our home is available year round! While our Summers are amazing, don’t forget about the beautiful Fall and Winter seasons we also enjoy here in MN! We shift to a 2 night minimum in Fall/Winter to accommodate weekend getaways!

At the end of an adventurous day, cozy up by the large wood burning fireplace our home offers!
