This charming lower Moonridge home boasts an ideal location—just a short walk to the ski shuttle, zoo, shops, and restaurants along Moonridge Road! Enjoy the serene mountain setting from the large front decks or relax on the private back deck while listening to birdsong and soaking in the fresh alpine air. Inside, the spacious living room welcomes you with a cozy fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The open kitchen offers a generous dining area, highlighted by a beautiful bay window and warm wood flooring.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, smart TV, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, bunkbed, TV, and attached bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry room with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - The front deck is a true highlight, featuring two inviting seating areas—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening chats. A charming covered front porch offers a cozy spot to relax and unwind. In the fully fenced backyard, you'll find a private hot tub and a gas barbecue, ideal for soaking and grilling under the stars.
