Needed a last minute place to stay for Oceans Calling Festival. Condo was spacious and cute! It is about 30 minutes from the main ocean city area but we didn't mind.

Great

Great stay. 5 of us were there. Check in was a bit too long but the place was nice. The Murphy bed is the under the TV in living room FYI. Nice neighborhood and not too far from beach. We walked to it some of the days or drove and set up early to the free parking by Nicks and got lucky later on finding a spot.

North Ocean City Summer 2025

Beautifully decorated unit, nice beach theme with lots of nice touches. We didn’t cook but enjoyed the good sized kitchen with bar seats and living room areas to relax. Nice easy to use TVs and washer/dryer set. Bedrooms are nice size although the master bath is tiny. Only issues were that the family above us was very loud, the location is a bit further from the beach than we prefer; and finding the pool was challenging (a basic map & a note telling people that the pool is posted with a sign that says For Lost Colony Owners/Renters Only would be super helpful).

We just got back from our stay over the 4th of July Holiday. 3 night stay. Location was perfect. The condo was very clean!! 6-7 min walk to beach. The furniture was great. 6 of us stayed and had a few relatives over at night who live very close by. The sofa was AMAZING! WOW! Seating for 6 with a large storage ottoman plus a table that sat 6 and 3 counter stools. Plenty of room to eat, play games, and relax. Loved the beach decor without it being “overdone”. I loved the furnishings in this place. Kitchen had a flex brew and a Keurig. Dishwasher and sink worked great. The beds- one Murphy, one full, one twin, and a King. All very comfy! I would suggest a linen service so you do not have to pack sheets and bath towels. My suggestions/cons- the middle bathroom- the tub was VERY slow draining. Could use someone to take a look at it. There is no closet in primary bedroom so if planning on staying for a full week be aware. The en-suite bathroom only has pedestal sink and mirror. No room for toiletries or extra toilet paper, etc.. I would suggest at least a medicine cabinet. Middle bedroom has a large closet but a lot was taken up with owners items. The small cabinet in the primary bedroom hardly held any of our clothes. Would suggest to owners something longer with more room for clothing. Upgrade on the oven. Took long to heat up. Upstairs noisy with little kids but sometimes can’t help that. Even with all that I still would rent this again in a heart beat! We had a great time!

Pros:The place was very cleanThe listing was accurateWasher/dryer new and niceThe A/C worked very well Cons:Very loud building. Sleeping in the living room was next to impossible, as you could hear the neighbors TV constantly and any and all overhead noise. The furnishings were dingy and dated. Shower curtain was stained. There weren’t even bathmats in the bathrooms, and there was what appeared to mold on the vent in the hall bath. There was no where to put any toiletries in the primary bath, and also no closet in that room. There was only a cupboard with 2 shelves which was difficult to access. The bunk room had a closet but no dresser to put anything. I booked this place rather last minute and I was aware we would need to bring paper products but bringing your own toilet paper to a place where you are paying almost a thousand dollars for 3 nights was kind of crazy. The check in process was inconvenient as the office was 5 miles from the listing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place because the value for the price was unsatisfactory.

The location was great and provided very easy access to the beach. The apartment was fairly roomy and the kitchen has the basics. Anyone interested in this rental should know that the room with two “beds” contains very uncomfortable cots, not actual beds. The unit is also very, very damp and musty. Bedding felt wet, bath towels never dried, and the place smells like mildew. Countertops and tables were dirty/sticky and the floors were sandy when we arrived.
