Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, this newly renovated 1-bedroom semi-basement suite offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for you.
Private entrance, with large windows flooding the space with natural light.

The spacious bedroom with queen size bed provides you with a restful night's sleep. Private bathroom. A foldable single bed (90cm wide) is available upon request — please notify us at least 24 hours before check-in if needed.

650m to bus station, shops, and restaurants. Driving 10mins to YVR, 15mins to Granville island, 20mins to downtown and cruise port.

Cozy and quiet little spot that was only a few minutes from the airport. The host was very responsive. Would book again!

It was a very pleasant place to stay. It's a short walk to a transit line where you can bus to the Canada Line skytrain (to Marine Drive station to be specific). This allowed us to explore Vancouver easily, which is what we were looking to do during our stay.

This accommodation is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood. There is street parking always available in front of the vrbo. It is within walking distance of a cafe which we often took advantage of. Access to the unit is easy and secure and the unit itself is clean and well-appointed. This was our second stay and we look forward to staying here in the future.

I was extremely impressed by this property. Very clean, centrally located , easy parking great Internet connection, very comfortable bed, pillows, bathroom, facilities, and living area. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the city.

We had a comfortable stay. Suite is clean and quiet with basic decore, is centrally located with easy access to major roads. Host is quick to respond to queries, and we left a few suggestions for her to consider to help improve the stays of future guests. The large chest of drawers in the bedroom makes for a tight fit (a previous guest made a similar comment). Would stay again.

The positives: This suite is clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed and plenty of on-street parking. We drive a big truck and had parking right in front of the home. Some suggestions: I was in communication with the owner and made a few suggestions to improve the over all stay. I realize that for some people, these things might not matter, but I did suggest they consider putting in a TV, adding some dish cloths and towels in the kitchen (there weren't any when we stayed there and we did use the dishes for coffee and breakfast) and improving on the quality of the bath towels. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower but no facecloths available. The owner was very open to these thoughts and if we are ever in the area, we'd stay there again.

The accommodation was in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We were able to walk every morning to a very nice coffee shop and it was a convenient location to visit our son and daughter. Parking was always available on the street directly in front of the building. The rooms were very clean and everything was available for a pleasant stay. It was very easy to use the code to enter the apartment. We were fully satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time we are in Vancouver. The access and parking is convenient, the bedroom is quiet and dark and the place is very clean, all of which we like. We feel very much at home while we are there.
