The Pacific Spirit Executive Class Studio
Welcome to the Pacific Spirit Getaway -- a chic and cozy executive-class studio located in a quiet neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk to restaurants, cafes and Pacific Spirit Park (with miles of jogging trails) and just 5 minutes drive from UBC campus.
This light and bright getaway is nestled on the lower floor of a quiet residence. Guests have a private entrance at the rear of our home with a code for the electronic door lock and a private parking stall (with access to an EV charger).
The studio features a comfy Queen bed, fireplace, bathroom, smart TV, and numerous amenities for light meal prep such as a microwave, convection toaster oven, smoothie maker, a coffee/tea station and a refrigerator. The space is modern, comfortable, and feels brand new, with a relaxing atmosphere.
Unwind by the fireplace, stream a movie on the SMART TV, or curl up with a good book on the cozy sofa. Please note that this is a studio with the bed located in the main living area like in a hotel room.
We respect our guests` privacy and prefer to give them their space. However, we are available by phone or in person as needed during your stay. My family resides in the upper part of the home. We are generally quiet and will do our best to ensure you enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay.
The location makes a great base for visiting Vancouver or UBC. Location highlights
-1 minute walk to bus stop with access to UBC and downtown
-5 minute walk to groceries, coffee/ breakfast spot, sushi and Thai food
-5 minute walk to Pacific Spirit Park with miles walking and jogging trails in a beautiful forested setting.
-5 minute drive to UBC campus, Irish pub, Italian restaurant, pizza and Indian takeout
-10-15 minutes drive to Kitsilano Beach/Granville Island and ~ 20 minutes from downtown/Stanley Park
~12 minutes drive from Vancouver International Airport (assuming no traffic) and less 5-10 minutes drive to most parts of UBC campus

We had a delayed flight but the hosts were gracious and responsive in their communication and reassurance. The space was fantastic with all the details well thought out. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The studio was exactly like the pictures, very clean and located in a safe residential area. It was too good to just stay for just one night! I will definitely come back for longer stay.

The property was excellent. Extremely clean and well appointed. In a beautiful neighbourhood with easy access to all the amenities. Parking spot on property was a bonus. Very quiet. Enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. Michael was very easy to deal with and clear communication.

The host, Michael, was very welcoming. The studio was beautifully decorated and had a very pleasant fragrance inside. There was not too much noise from outside, or from upstairs where the host lives. All the amenities were in good condition. In the kitchen there were many dishes and utensils provided, as well as paper towels to use. There were also spices, sugar, salt, and tea packets to use.The bathroom had extra toilet paper in case the ones already provided run out. In addition, there were some restaurants close-by with good food. It's a great place for a short stay.

This is a beautifully decorated accommodation with great lighting, comfortable furnishings and nice touches to make the stay pleasant. Everything was spotlessly clean. The host was great to work with. There was a list of local eateries and stores that made it simple to go out for dinner and shop for morning pastries. The area was safe and our stay was quiet and relaxing. It was easy to get an Uber and the ride to the airport was short. I would highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay. Very neat. Super neat. Super communication and specific, easy directions about checking in. We would definitely stay here again.
