La Perla Apartment A2 is located on the ground floor of the villa and occupies an area of 83 m2. It consists of two modern bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. There is also a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal joined with the dining room where 6 people can be seated. Attached to the dining room is a stylish living room decorated in muted neutral tones, making it the perfect place for relaxation and socialization. The sofa in the living room is extendable, which means that the Apartment A2 can house up to 6 guests.

The outdoor area of La Perla features a 32m2 heated pool on the rooftop terrace which is surrounded by lounging chairs. You will also find BBQ equipment at your disposal and a cozy roofed outdoor seating area with garden furniture.
