Ideally located inside Lakeside gates: The town of Lakeside sits on the shore of Lake Erie , between Port Clinton and Marblehead . Lakeside offers loads of activities including: fishing, kayaking, shuffle board, mini golf , bike/ golf cart rental ,swimming pool, fitness center, art & music activities and live entertainment to name a few.
Cottage is steps away from downtown , Hoover Auditorium & Dock. Location is quiet, tucked behind main house & offers an outdoor courtyard with seating. Newly renovated cottage is fresh, clean & offers lots of natural light. Cottage has an open floor plan with a double bed, new futon, full kitchen, eating area, lounging area, window A/C, Cable/WIFI, bike storage, & large walk-in closet.
*Memorial Day weekend- Labor Day weekend Lakeside charges DAILY gate fees $30-$42 PER PERSON and Auto Fees $8-$18 PER VEHILCLE. PLEASE Review Gate and Parking fees in Rental Agreement at time of booking.

*Fees are NOT included in your cottage rental fee.

There is NO assigned parking space for this unit. Please contact Homeowner with parking questions/ options. Short term Golf Cart parking is available but there is no charging available for guest Golf Cart.

This little cottage is perfect! The owner was so helpful and pleasant to work with. I was traveling alone and it met ALL my needs and more. The location is wonderful…a five minute walk to the lake. The cottage was so clean and neat! The bed was comfy and the outdoor patio table was lovely! I highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was all perfect and so nice to be in Lakeside. We could walk to all the activities we had planned there. Even morning coffee! The hostess was so helpful with quick responses. Everything in the cottage was just as expected. Spotless and comfortable!!!

Stayed here with my mom, we loved it. Good for a couple or with the sofa bed, maybe a family with a kid or two. Basically laid out like a studio apartment.

The studio was a pleasant surprise. I’m super picky about cleanliness, and this place was exceptionally clean. Great for two people only. Great, private sitting area right outside the door. The host thoughtfully placed things one might forget or need. Very impressed!!

Nice location and Nice place!

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy accessibility to parks along the lake. Close to Kelleys Island Ferry which made for a nice day trip.

Cozy cottage close to town center

The cottage was a cute little place. Perfect for that couple that would like a nice place to stay all while being close to the Lakeside town center, pier, and all the other amenities. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay.

Always a great stay!

Barb’s place is perfect for my preteen son and I when we come up for a long weekend. It would also suit us if we came for an entire week. We love Lakeside and we are so happy to have found this gem!

The owners were right next door and so helpful and kind. Barb went out of her way to make our stay special. The cottage is in a terrific location and though it is small, it is perfect for 2 people.

Great little stay

This little stay is perfect for a couple at lakeside. We stayed here while the rest of our family stayed at another place, and it was nice to have our own space. It was one of the hottest weeks in the summer, and the AC still kept it cool.

Lakeside vacation

We had a wonderful weekend getaway. This was our first time going to that area, Lakeside was beautiful and so much to do, or not. The cottage was beautiful and was impressed with all of the small details the owners did. We definitely would go again!

Anniversary trip

Perfect setting!

The cottage is exceptionally clean, very private, is fully equipped and located in a pristine area of Lakeside which is close to all amenities. Perfect for a couple's getaway for a family of three. The owner was exceptionally helpful and very timely with responses.
