Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 104 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 104 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom, 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 104 has a Washer & Dryer, Central heat & air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front Desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 104 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Important Notice: The Sand Dollar condominium building will be undergoing a roof replacement project from approximately November 30 through January 8. Guests may experience daytime construction noise during this time.

It’s all about location with this property!! It is ON the beach and a great unit for two couples or a small family. It’s in a great area with TONS of things to do within short distance. We loved it!!

The unit is large and was very clean. It is right on the beach! The pool area was also extremely nice.

Check in was horrible. Code did not work , left out outside with groceries for about 40 min. Unit was clean but master closet carpet was soaked and very strong moldy smell in the unit. Fridge was falling apart , no basics kitchen supplies. Half of the kitchen lights were not working. Broker pier was blocking all ocean view .Location is great but unit needs some attention.

We’re sorry the start of your stay at Sand Dollar 104 by JC Resorts was frustrating, especially after arriving with groceries and having trouble accessing the condo, Alena. The check-in issue was the result of an internal system error, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience that caused. We also appreciate you bringing the condo concerns to our attention. The AC issue that contributed to the moisture in the master closet was addressed promptly, and we’ll be checking on the fridge, kitchen lighting, and other items mentioned to ensure everything is in proper working order. Regarding the pier, its current closure is noted in the listing including that it will not be accessible until further notice. We understand that the closure may still affect the overall view and appreciate you sharing your perspective. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and appreciate your candid feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a smoother and more comfortable stay in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location and the property was well maintained. They have done a remarkable job in recovering from the hurricane. There was still remodeling being done during the day in some condos and the tile removal process was noisy and a little annoying but necessary.
