We had a fantastic stay in this spacious unit with an unbeatable view and convenient beach access just steps away! The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The host was great to work with and very helpful. We loved our time there and definitely recommend it.

Everything was great about the room except for the beds. The beds were very uncomfortable and we ended up sleeping in the pull out couch as that was better than the beds.

Wonderful views!

Beautiful views! Balcony furniture would be better if it were a tall set so that you could see the view better over the rail. A few hiccups, but it was made right by the agency. Would stay again!

Chateau 207

Nice condo on the beach. Very clean, comfy beds. Everything you need for a weeks stay. Quiet beach. Easy access. Nice pool. Beachfront balcony to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset. Just wished the elevator worked all the time.

The condo location and gulf view was nice. We had a bit of communication issue checking in but was resolved. Bathroom floor was dirty. Grout in places were dark/black and other areas it appeared to originally light colored. The main issue was there was construction/repairs being done. Drilling and such which created dust filtering in condo. Understand it needs to be done but no communnication ahead of arrival. Sent the host a message asking if there were cleaning tools at the condo we could use. Only saw a vacuum. We were going to dust mop the floors. No reply from host.

Stay was awesome. My only complaints are the outlets are in desperate need of being replaced. They are so loose when you plug something in it falls out. It had a funny smell , but you get used to it.

Overall, it was a nice experience. It was very clean. The living room furniture was quite comfortable. The balcony, of course, has a wonderful view and the table and chairs there are very nice.

Enjoyed!

This is a nice clean condo. Bathroom and beach chairs could use upgrades but overall it was great. Clean, good location, pool is open, elevator not working but we knew that. Entire area is under construction but still a nice place to visit. Salt Rock Grill is amazing restaurant within walking distance. We didn’t cook much but kitchen seemed well stocked. Wish we didn’t need to check in at rental Agency, but it was quick and just a bit out of way.
