The top bedroom was not en-suite. The bathroom was separate. Other rooms were great. There were some cockroaches in various areas. We also lost power to half the house halfway through, but the company upgraded us to a luxury house for the last couple of days so that more than made up for any shortcomings!

Nice property, floors were dirty and the kitchen supplies were all dirty as well. Everything else was good

Property says it has AC… well the third floor with the living room, queen bed room and kitchen area has window units.. the HVAC system does not work.. limited kitchen utilities.. coffee pot itself leaked water, therefore a pot of coffee could be brewed, had to purchase a universal k cup for coffee. Property needs to be updated.. steps are worn… This may be the reason it’s for sale

The listing stated the bedroom on the 3rd floor had an en-suite bathroom, which it did not. The bathroom was right outside of the bedroom in the main living room which wasn’t a huge problem, but everyone used it when hanging out on the 3rd floor. The central air had a hard time cooling the 3rd floor, so there are window units up there. The 3rd floor stayed pretty warm even when we lowered the window unit temp. There are a lot of pots and baking pans, but no pot holders to take hot pans out of the oven. Except for a small sample sized bottle of olive oil, just know that you will need to bring every seasoning you need for your meals if you plan to utilize the kitchen. We enjoyed time on the 3rd floor deck, and appreciated the proximity of the home to the beach. Very easy access to the beach. It was nice that linens and bath towels were provided. It’s nice that it is pet-friendly even though we didn’t bring our dog. We would stay there again.
