Perfect fully stocked OBX family vacation home in a private cul-de-sac located at Kill Devil Hills 6th milepost within walking distance to the beach.

House has everything you need! Including: linens and towels, gas grill, 2 beach cruiser bikes, outdoor shower, corn hole boards and bags, hot tub (raised on deck), covered and uncovered deck areas, deck furniture/chairs/tables, 6 beach chairs, Washer/Dryer, Books and Games, Dog Treats, Doggie Poop bags

Property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. All linens and towels are cleaned and provided for renters. Beds are made and ready for your arrival. Stocked with all kitchen/bathroom essentials and paper products including:
- 12-cup Coffee Maker
- Single-cup Keurig
- Pots/Pans
- Baking sheets
- Utensils
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Refrigerator/Freezer
- Air Fryer
- Food Storage Containers
- Plates, Bowls, Cups (including child friendly options)

HVAC Heating and Cooling system for entire home.

Entertainment includes: TV in living room and all bedrooms, Wifi, Hulu/Neflix, Disney+, ESPN+

Great spot- as 3 female travelers with dogs it was the perfect, safe place for the week. Only a short trip to the beach, house was clean and so well equipped and clean! Safe area in a cul de sac and everything you need right down the road. Bikes and chairs as well as laundry on site. Great communication from hosts. The only downside was some burrs in the fenced outside dog area, but that comes with Carolina dry grasses. We really enjoyed our stay- Thank you!

The location is perfect. The house was very clean and has everything you need. All you have to bring is your clothes and personal hygene items. I definitely will be trying to book this place next time we vacation to the outer banks.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The place was clean and well equipped! The location was convenient to beaches, sounds, shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the evening, watching the sunset! It was lovely!

House was just as advertised, had everything you need for your trip including linens , towels, beach toys, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Beds were very comfortable, not far walk to beach ( do have to cross highway) but that was no issue as your at a main traffic light . Only issues we had was the porch light on side of house was out so we weren't able to use hot tub at night and stairs were dark (we did find batteries and replace the motion light at top of stairs). Overall stay was great and everyone including dogs enjoyed themselves. Would definitely stay again.

Had issues with the hot tub the first night, but the communication was outstanding and it was fixed in the morning. Excellent experience, would recommend to others.

It was really nice to get away for the weekend! The house itself was cozy and we had a very relaxful time! It was close to just about everything! Great location!

OBX Fun

This is our second tine staying at this house, love it! Great place, short walk to the beach, and close to attractions and local stores. House is great with lots of ammenties. Love that dogs are allowed, they enjoyed the stay and the beach too .

Perfect getaway!

This place was beautiful!!! Super clean, great location, great neighborhood, and so so much fun! We absolutely loved the screened in porch and hot tub. Perfect for a romantic getaway!
