Enjoy the amazing views from the upper level deck as well an extremely short walk to private beach access (Chowan Street Beach Access). This house is a 2-story house with a dry entry. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed (Master with Full Bathroom), 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 twin bunk beds), and a full bath. The 2nd floor includes a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 5), a dining room table with seating for 6, and a living room with an oversized sofa. Smart TV's in all 3 BRs and living room. Both levels have front and back porches, with outdoor furniture. The top porch is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor furniture is available. Outdoor shower is available under the house.

Amazing restaurants nearby including Chili Peppers (walking distance) and Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX.

This 3 bedroom house is on stilts, no elevator access. Bed sheets, pillows, covers (quilts/comforters), and bath towels are provided. Ring Spotlight Camera is installed at the front of the property for security purposes.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. The ocean views were good and the house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and near local attractions. We loved relaxing on the deck and listening to the waves. The property was well-maintained, the host was responsive, and we highly recommend this beach house for a peaceful getaway.

Great stay and would return without hesitation. Quick and easy communication. We had one very minor issue and received a response and solution within minutes. House was very nice and matched description/pictures. Beach is literally a 1 min walk away and easily seen from the top deck. We had several meals outside looking at the ocean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was decently stocked, I was say average to maybe slightly above average for a rental. Overall a fantastic place and I would highly recommend.

The view from the upper deck made the entire trip worthwhile. I would drive 12 hours all over again to have my morning cup of coffee on the deck while taking in the sunshine and warm ocean breezes.

We had a couple of issues but Scott was able to remedy the issue very quickly. The communication was very quick and effective. My family and I appreciate how caring Scott was about our stay and experience.

This house was the perfect vacation house! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The house was beautiful and clean. Sitting in the living room of the house and on the porch you can drink your coffee and look at the beach. The beach was a 1 minute walk. The beach itself was very pleasant any time of day. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a peaceful, clea, relaxing vacation!!

Overall great experience from booking through exit. Amazingly close to the beach with a welcoming local community. Place suited all our needs and beyond. Family had a great time and 100% would book again.

This was our first time in the outer banks and this house was perfect for our family getaway. Loved the plentiful parking, the full kitchen, outdoor shower, laundry on site, TVs in every room, and walking access to the beach. We felt central to everything, from food to history spots to recreation. The place has lovely decor and the kids especially loved all the little details, like the shell shaped plates in the kitchen. Check in and out was super easy and reasonable. Would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the location of this property - it is four houses away from the beach, so we could sit on the porch to eat dinner at night, or play cards, and enjoy the view of the ocean in the background. The house also has nice furnishings and decoration and comfortably housed the seven of us. We were disappointed, however, to find that the property wasn't well maintained in a number of areas. The bathroom fan was broken, at least 6 light bulbs were out in hallways and on the exterior, and there were ant traps on the floors in the unit (and we also had a couple small ant breakouts during our stay). The rental company representative was kind in offering to send someone over to replace the light bulbs, but we didn't want to deal with repairs on our vacation. He did replace the toaster for us immediately when the one at the property didn't work properly. We were also overwhelmed by the number of chores at the property when we arrived after 11 PM with three kids - we had to make all of the beds (housekeeping did not do this) and unload the dishwasher. Also, the outdoor trash bin was overflowing and surrounded by flies. Further, the two sets of bunk beds include only one ladder, which makes one of the top bunks unusable and unsafe. We were grateful for the support from the rental company throughout our stay, and for allowing us to stay a bit later on check-out day while we packed, but the number of problems at the property was disappointing.

Our stay was great. Kids loved the bunk beds. We ate almost every meal at the outdoor table and watched the storms blow in. Owner was responsive to all questions and was great. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

This was such a wonderful place to stay and in a great location! The walk to the beach was a breeze, even with small children and making multiple trips back and forth in a day. It was also within walking distance of a restaurant and brew thru. The owner was wonderful and super responsive to any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Well appointed and perfect location

House was the perfect fit for our family for a quick spring break getaway. The beach and a restaurant all within walking distance made it all the better. The kiddos loved the handful of toys found and we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful view from the deck. We plan to come back and stay again in the Warner months!
