We provide starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials - making your first couple of nights seamless. Free high speed WiFi. This property is registered as a vacation rental with the City of Sarasota with Registration Number VR25-00197. Due to City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property must be rented once during a seven (7) day period and has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
