Siesta Key Vacation Property W/Heated Pool and Beach Access
Beautiful 2 story house in a lush tropical setting with private pool, walled off property.
The Sun is warm, Beaches are great, and Siesta Key is open for fun!
Located at the north end of Siesta Key for quick access to and from the mainland. A short 2 block walk to, quaint Shell Beach for fun on the white sand, wading, fishing , and viewing sunsets over the Gulf of America from this island retreat. County has not done the repairs. Only 2 miles to the Villages offering day or night hot spots for shopping, eating, and live music. Additionally, Beach access to the north end of the famous Siesta Key Beach that has spectacular white quartz sand running for more than three miles to the south.
As you enter the front door, you are welcomed to the living room by a soft blue leather couch, 50" 4K Smart TV with 5.1 sound system, further in, a 6 person dining area, a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the basic accessories you expect. With ocean accent decorating throughout, the first of the bedrooms with bath is just off the kitchen area. Upstairs you will find additional bathroom that two bedrooms share. The large second bedroom has a queen bed with 50" Smart 4K, with walk-in closet, and a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The third bedroom has twin captain beds. Downstairs you can exit through the French Doors onto the large wrap around (Trex@) deck to surveil the pool deck and grilling area below. Three smaller seating areas for your group to spread out if you choose to. Evening brings lights accenting tropical foliage, variable colored lights dancing through the pool water and well lit stairs, descending to poolside entertaining area. A larger seating area by the pool. Grill and preparation table are poolside as well.
You are provided with pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels for your pleasure. RETIRED- A set of older Beach Cruiser bicycles. Pool heat available*. Updated decorations, new paint on all the walls, hardwood floor refinished. Lower add on charges.

Thank you for reviewing our house. Please know if you are experiencing issues with the property, they will be addressed immediately upon notification (let us know before you leave)! Many things are easy to resolve.
We were able to make two out of three reservation changes, as you requested (within a week of your starting date). We were not able to shorten your number of nights due to city code. We wonder if this requirement by the city led to your harsh rating? All issues you noted seemed minor and were resolved before the next guests' arrival! We had an amazing time! The pool and outdoor space were incredible, and the house had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax, make great memories, and soak up every last minute of vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

This place was amazing. It's a cute little home with so many beaches near by. Go to Manasota beach for shark teeth and Venice for sea shells. 10/10 recommended!

Thank you for your kind words. The pool sits surrounded by many different palm tree varieties. A tropical setting that is a rare find. Star constellations at night are a wonder, floating in the pool looking up. Regards Sue and Peyton.

Enjoyed staying at this property. Location was great for us & the house had a wonderful pool. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need during your stay. Peyton is very prompt when needing to get in touch with him. We recommend this property & would stay there again.

Our family enjoyed a beautiful week on the island! We spent many days at the pool but also popped down to any of the public beach access points (#9 was our favorite) or Lido Beach or Longboat Key. Mars Vista was a treat! We also enjoyed Sarasota- what a great area. We can't wait to come back!

This place is so clean and charming. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. The location is perfect. My only complaint is the traffic noise but it’s better than hearing snow plows. Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise.

We had an amazing time! Definitely recommend !! The house is small but it was perfect for the 4 of us. The pool was so nice and very clean!! Cant wait to come back again!!

This house has it all! There is everything you need to cook, swim, hang out inside and outside, and just relax. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. One thing to note is the property sits on the corner of a very busy street, however, the entire property is fenced in and landscaped so well that you don't see it at all, nor do you hear it in the house. We would rent this property again.

Great location and excellent experience
Loved our stay at the property- the house was well-equipped, pool was loved by the whole family, and the hosts were communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The amenities, furniture, and appliances are updated regularly. This beautiful house has a outstanding location for a home base for all the area has to offer. As owners we visit the house different times of the year for a week at a time, to make sure everything is right to maximize your pleasure with these accommodations. The cleaning continues to be done with the highest level of health and safety in mind. The air is cleaned with UV light and filters regularly maintained. Washer and dryer onsite for your convenience at no charge.
Grilling area on the deck offers a preparation table as well a backup propane tank on site($25.00 extra). Pool heat available at $175.00 per week.
